Unfortunately I had an ankle injury before I went and had to wear an ankle brace and walk with the aid of a stick. I could do all slow activities and we had the most wonderful guide in Monet’s garden who used short cuts and a route with no steps apart from Monet’s house. The guide in Rouen was superb and went at the right pace.On board the staff were superb. The food couldn’t be more delicious and the rooms were beautifully kept.

We had fantastic service from Shirley. She took lots of time in helping us book our prefect cruise and flights. We kept changing our mind on several options but she was very patient and we got a great overall price and itinerary. We have used Six Star on many occasions and always had great service.

I have being in contact with Jill Davison. I must say she has been exceptional in sorting out our cruise issues. I have found her to be helpful, kind and very patient. Jill is an asset to Six Star cruises, I will definitely use Six Star in the future especially Jill if possible .

Cruise was great but the two hour delay in getting though passport control at Lisbon was terrible as a result there was no taxi waiting for our transport to the ship so it was 35 euros it cost us to get a taxi to the ship.

Really enjoyed the cruise. Rebecca was great making the booking process easy, accommodating all our changes. The staff on the ship were amazing. The ship was pristine. Entertainment really good. The trips were ok. The food was fantastic, best ever. Despite trying to get into one of the Resteraunts for months prior to departure we could not get in. I’m sure there was capacity for every guest to go once.

Absolutely great. How Shirley McCue managed to come up with the package that she did for us we will never know. The hotel she booked for us in Rome prior to us boarding our cruise ship was fantastic , and the cost unbelievable and we will be requesting a further few nights next year there when we re visit Rome. All drivers arrived on time and except one surly looking individual meeting us in Athens ,were pleasant and helpful. We are telling all those we met on our cruise how well our trip was organised by Shirley and they could not believe the price we paid . Thanks a million Shirley will be back later this year with another challenge for you !!!

This is not the first time I've used Six Star. We booked Silver Sea and it was amazing. What was equally impressive was the attendant organisation by Six Star specifically Laura. Flights, taxis,updates etc..were first class. Communication was always there as well as essential 'heads up' when appropriate. The best Agents I have ever used =and I've used a few!! Geoff Williams

Had a fabulous Caribbean cruise on the beautiful Seabourn Ovation. The suites were lovely and the staff very attentive. Our concierge Rebecca Rimmer did a great job putting the package together and arranging all of the transfers and our pre cruise stay.
