The agent (Lisa) was knowledgable and very helpful. She wasn't pushing us to buy either which was the main reason we decided to book through six star!

When I first telephoned to enquire about the cruise I spoke to Donna Worsnip who was very helpful ans when she said she would phone at a certain time she did. I also spoke to Keeley Degriffa when Donna wasn't free and she had a lot of patience and booked our and our two friends dining reservations and shore excursions for the four of us.

Because I already knew which cruise I wanted to go on and flight details, I was actually given inadequate information about excursions and how to book them. I was asked to use an online 'cruise concierge' page to ask questions but I never got a reply; nor was I informed when my 'rep' was promoted or told who to speak to instead. They refuse to break down the elements of the package price, so it is impossible to work out what one is paying for, but their flights supplier seems to charge double what it would cost if booked independently. The deposit was taken immediately on booking (in my case nine months before departure) but then they ask you to pay the balance six months before departure, even though cruise line itself doesnt expect the money more than three months before departure. I am not sure what advantaqge they are over booking direct with the cruise company.

This was my first experience of your company and was lucky to have have Emma Taylor as my adviser.she was very thorough and explored all options till I was satisfied that I was being offered exactly what my husband and I want from a holiday. She is an ideal front line rep for your company . Emma is obviously an experienced adviser, who did not give the hard sell but moved at my speed, answering my questions in non-jargon terms,patiently and knowledgeably. Theses are the reasons you got the booking as opposed to another 2 companies I was dealing with. Yes, with the way our enquiry was handled and the discount that was negotiated we would certainly come back to your company all things being the same, in the future.

the cabins are always spacious,clean and well stocked with very good toiletries The staff are friendly and efficient. The food is excellent with a very good selection on the menu.The entertainment is always of a high standard and the ports of call are usually interesting.Overall I have been most impressed by the cruises I have taken with Six Star Cruises.

Pricing seemed to be competitive....but paperwork and back-up was to a poor standard, compared to Trailfinders....now we will see what happens when we start our adventure in late Oct 16

Excellent service from Katy, who was friendly, informative and very professional. I have used Six Star Cruises on several occasions and feel very comfortable in trusting them to help organise and get the best from my future holiday.

Excellent service, thorough and meticulous care taken with all three holidays we booked within two weeks. Not only did we have everything we wanted, but Sandie Collier was proactive, able to make positive suggestions that proved helpful and made difference to our holiday. It is a great advantage to have a nominated concierge so if need to ring with a query you have to explain everything to someone different each time! Very pleased with the service we have received.

I first spoke to Donna Worsnip who very efficiently extracted the information I needed and she told us of the new direct dial number. Perfect for us. Donna also noted from our file that we had often booked cruises with Emma Taylor and told me Emma would be in from 1pm. All the information was useful, relevant and timely. I did ring back and booked through Emma who again listened to my perspective and explained my options and we concluded a deal in minimum time with minimum fuss. Excellent service from both ladies. You should be proud of them both.
