The final price, which was £144 cheaper than other Companies, clinched the deal. I did have a few queries but found that the customer service person who dealt with these rang me personally and listened attentively and resolved everything to my satisfaction. My Cruise Concierge has dealt with queries quickly and effectively either by ringing me or by email.

The staff are alway very helpful and particularly patient when you are not absolutely sure which holiday you are after.

I have been dealing with Katy Porter now for a few years. She is always professional, caring, understanding, competent and above all empathetic. Katy always contacts me back when she informs me she will, even when she is day off! she often goes ahead and arranges my holiday for me, I just give a brief outline of our wishes. She is never pushy, and always very honest. Katy is a great champion of your company.

We have confidence that 6 * cruises will always deliver on their promises. We have never been let down. The cruise consultants are always cheerful, helpful and understanding towards our requests.

Carina is well aware of the issues. Tried to book a cruise, passed from pillar to post and then no call back when I was ready to book. Cruise is now booked but only after a lot of grief.

No pushy selling, just practical, detailed information about the cruises discussed. Our number one choice was fully booked, so Sandy rang back with alternatives including cabins available and flights. She then rang again concerning flight seats and day rooms at hotels. An excellent, professional service much appreciated by my husband and I.

Going on Baltic cruise this month on Marina. Husband travels on business frequently so only found out flight details from Stockholm to Hamburg for work post cruise last week. We have been advised we need to pay for taxi or car from Sheraton hotel to airport. We're both really disappointed about this as the package we booked included business class flights from London which we did not use as, living in Scotland, I'm having to travel economy on Easyjet from Edinburgh and my husband is travelling from Dubai with Emirates to join the ship in Copenhagen. I feel that Six Star Cruises has saved the cost of these business class flights but won't pay for a car to the airport? We booked a penthouse stateroom, prestige drinks package and shore excursions so we feel the car to airport should be included in package price. It's not the money that is a problem, it's the principal of this. I have spoken to two advisers about this and both have said we need to pay the transport after our stay in Stockholm.

I rang for a quote and gave my details and our agent was able to give us prices for different grades of cabins and hotel for pre-cruise stay plus flights and then hold the cabin for 24 hrs while I researched hotel and discussed with my husband. I left a message for our agent to return my call and she did exactly on time where we then proceeded to book. She was able to answer all my questions and was very helpful and informative. We are new to your company although regular cruisers.
