Katy Porter, our agent, could not have been more helpful or cheerful and pstient, despite our dithering on making a decision, our asking numerous questions and our making constant changes along the way to our final booking. She is a 'keeper' and we will definitely use Six Star Cruises again. Thank you!

I have not been on the cruise yet, so I can't comment, the agent was very helpful, I'm sure there will be questions I will need to ask before my trip in 2017.

Have not been on a Six Star Cruise as yet! However, to date Catherine has been most helpful, especially with arranging for our booking to cross-match with our Australian friends .

Your agent Richard, Wishaw, was extremely helpful in the organisation of our 2017 cruise. He was very knowledgable and his manner was polite and cheerful, it was a pleasure dealing with him.

Sandie Collier gave us very good advice, and seemed to understand instinctively what we were after. As a result, we booked a different cruise, and probably avoided being disappointed with our original choice. Everything else was efficient as usual.

Such a personal service and nice knowledgeable staff. Nothing ever seems too much trouble. I felt like I was becoming a nuisance caller but the staff were so understanding of my concerns!

We have just come back from a cruise booked with you which included your flights, transfers and hotel which were excellent. Hannah dealt with us and her customer service skills are excellent. I sent an email about another cruise and Hannah responded very quickly and we haved now booked another one.
