Katy has always been friendly, helpful and efficient. She listened and tried to provide what we wanted - rather than trying to sell us something quite different. We wish her well as she begins her maternity leave. I did wonder what we would do in her absence but Emma has organised our next cruise with great competence and an eye to getting us the best deal - we like that!

Very occasionally a person goes beyond what might be expected. Mark Saxton did just this, taking considerable pains over my booking to ensure that I got exactly what I wanted, and furthermore giving me some helpful advice. That is why I am happy with this booking.

Up to booking the holiday all went well. Richard Wishaw was very helpful. However, once we had made a deposit the support went downhill! We received a basic breakdown of the itinerary which ended with a note saying we should contact Richard immediately if we had any queries. We did have a few questions, so phoned to speak to Richard. We were told he would be in later in the week and he would phone is on the Friday 23rd sept. He did not. We phoned at the weekend & spoke to Donna who was helpful. She said she would email Richard re our queries as he was'taking over management responsibilities so would contact us probably on Monday.' It is now Tuesday night no contact so far....

Maura McKenna is fantastic - we have tried to book in the past but unfortunately you have been unable to 'match' the price we had obtained from our normal agent. I also attended one of your events a couple of years ago and the Sales Manager was also excellent.

Friendly, efficient and delightful staff to arrange your cruise, nothing seems to be too much trouble. They also appear to be able to get a good price for your cruise. Excellent

i was so pleased with the service. Emma was amazing she made the booking so easy,arranged everything from flights to pick ups. The best we have ever had from a travel agent, best value offered Thank you Carole & George Wilson

The support and speed of making my recent booking were excellent. However, the same has happened in the past, only for problems to arise before leaving for our holiday. Therefore until this procees in complete, you cannot assume my views will stay the same. Ps unsure why red lines are suddenly appearing.

Communication and interaction with Six star difficult. Tried to make contact with Six star on return but little interest shown. Several shortcomings but no interest shown in our attempts for discussion.

Our Holiday experience was good. Six star however made the experience difficult. From day one the concierge was good but unable to make contact again. Had to chase and chase for the tickets. Communication was difficult with long waiting times to get a reply. Hotel was poor. Pick up service excellent . No airport support as agreed and no communication with cruise operators regarding special occasion as agreed.
