“We are still at the early stages of our holiday booking but so far everything from our initial contact, cruise selection and paperwork has been brilliant. All our queries have been dealt with promptly and Emma's knowledge has been invaluable. The individual concierge customer service innovation is an excellent idea.”

“A very good company to deal with, they found us a great deal for our 2017 holiday. Matthew Cotton and all the staff were really helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them and everything was handled in a pleasant manner.”

“We have very recently booked a cruise with Seven Seas Navigater with Mathew Cotton. Mathew was extremely helpful, reassuring and efficient . So much so I recommend him to our friend Joan Thwaites.and she is now also coming on the cruise with us!”

“3rd year we have used for our annual cruise. Very good service, prompt response and knowledgeable "cruise concierge" who managed our booking quickly and effectively, including noting that the cruise company "previous client" discount had only been applied to my booking and not my wife's saving us some more money. Only comment was that he was not fully up-to-date on 6 Star special offersavailable and we needed to get him to check.”
