We were due to go on a Rhine Cruise in June with friends. This was obviously cancelled and our friend telephoned to ask for our holiday to be arranged for the same time, same cruise next year, which was done. I was then telephoned by Lyndsey to confirm and she immediately sent the written confirmation. We now have something to look forward to next year!

Due to Covid 19 my River Cruise was postponed by Avalon. I was promptly informed by Lyndsey McCracken who explained in details all my options To this degree I have now booked the same River cruise, all due to the effeceint kind and friendly manner in which Lyndsey informed me of. A minor slight increase for the Cruise but the flights to Europe have yet to be booked I would like to thank Lyndsey for all support and would recommend her to anyone who which's to book a River Cruise Thanks to Six Star Cruises for employing such polite and professional staff who understand that SERVICE matters

Having our Scenic Eclipse cruise cancelled for the second year running (ship not built in time then Covid-19) I contacted our cruise concierge who was out of the office and Lisa Mallon picked up our query Where we asked what options we had. Taking into account the current problems within the travel industry Lisa contacted Scenic and about a week later when we asked for an update she came back to us and we were happy to accept a replacement cruise offered to us for 2021. Lisa had also emailed the confirmation and added everything to Manage my booking before leaving that evening. We couldn’t have asked for better service.

I have spoken and received emails from Lyndsey McCracken, based at Leyland re my River Cruise being postponed this August Ref No.WOR-7834 Avalon postponed the cruise due to COVID19 The communication channels have been excellent with queries dealt with in a prompt manner I would inform you that Lyndseys be very professional and help and as secured a new booking for me WOR-78534, Cruise line reference: 739873 with Avalon Waterways dept from Amsterdam for 13 nights on the 3/8/2021 Based on the cost of the flights quoted by Avalon I shall talk to Lynsey later in the year to book the flights. Prices quoted by Avalon are very high at the moment from the UK to Europe in my view I fully appreciate no one enjoys having a holiday postponed but taking into account COVID-19 I can only that your office especially Lynsley for the professional, understanding manner Lynsdey as looked after me especially re securing an acceptable new price for Aug 2021. Thank you Lyndsey. Based on the Service received to date I would strongly recommend Six Star Cruises again

I’m very unhappy with six star cruises and the difficulty I having with them in getting a refund of my money for my expensive holiday. I’m unhappy I’ve had a refund credit note imposed on me with no agreement or discussion of this. Dealing with the sales team to resolve is both frustrating and upsetting and if I hear about ABTA or ATOL well ... All I ask for is my money back within my consumer rights please. I’ve got more bookings with six star regrettably but after these will prefer to go to the lines directly as I’ve really lost confidence with this agent.

I’m very unhappy with six star cruises and the way it has tried to impose a refund credit note onto me instead of my rightful refund for my very expensive holiday. I Have had a real merry go round trying to deal with the sales department to try to sort this out I’m fed up with hearing all about ABTA and ATOL from them in place of paying my money back within my consumer rights. it’s a pity I have further bookings with six star cruises as I have lost all confidence with them . And after these will always book with the cruise line direct . It’s interesting that the scores for six six star and cruise 118 are very different on trust pilot !
