We have dealt with SSC for a number of years now and its rating with us had deteriorated somewhat during recent months - for whilst we fully understand the difficulties for you in the midst of the COVID issues, communication had become a problem. Our experience since Michelle Clarke contacted us last week has though been exceptional and has helped to restore our positivity. She has throughout been thoroughly efficient, personable, and a joy to dealt with. Thank you Michelle!

Excellent service as always. We have booked with the help of several different contacts at Six Star over the last few years. All have been unfailingly helpful. We often book a lower cabin grade but are always treated as if we are booking the Master Suite!

I booked with Six Star Cruises based on their best price guarantee. Some three weeks later I saw an advert from another cruise specialist offering the cruise for quite a bit less. This price also included 10% reduction for early payment when I had been told that this particular offer was not available on this cruise. To be fair, I believe Seabourn made the mistake by telling my Six Star concierge on two occasions that the offer wasn’t available and it was only due to persistence that we achieved the discount. I found it extremely difficult to access customer services ( waited 97 minutes before finally getting through only to be cut off) as so many staff are furloughed. I understand the need for this but it does make it very difficult for your customers. When I phoned the other cruise specialists who were offering the same cruise for a discounted price I got through immediately. In the end I agreed to accept Six Star’s reduced price even though I could have saved a further 5% with the other company but the only way I could do this was by dropping the ‘package element’ which included flights and a two night stay in Miami which was disappointing.

Dan was excellent. He talked me through the options when my cruise was cancelled due to Covid then booked me onto my new chosen cruise efficiently and with excellent product knowledge. Thank you

Like many others, waiting for a refund of cruise cancelled in March. No replies to emails, phone lines almost useless. Finally spoke to a real person on Saturday 20th June who said he would contact their finance dept (who don’t work on a weekend). Now Friday 26th and still nothing! We know Fred Olsen has paid them the money, it’s just not been forwarded to us. Very disappointed after previous good service from Six Star. Will have to consider other means of making future bookings.

very good experience as always. Great expertise from Sandie Collier who I have had many dealings with over the years. She gives a very personal experience. The only issue which was not her fault was the time I had to wait to hear from her with details f a holiday due to her being extremely busy with Covid related issues/cancellations/bookings!

We were trying to do lift and shift to next year due to coronavirus. We initially had difficulty in getting someone to speak to but eventually we did and it was all sorted out efficiently. Nicole Hope was extremely helpful.

As an established customer of quite a few years, initially I was frustrated at the time it took to book a cruise that you had 'offered'. My lovely personal concierge had been furloughed , and I felt that I was passed around and no-one seemed to want to take my booking! It seemed that you had left insufficient staff available to both answer refund queries, and take bookings. I waited over 5 hours for someone to contact me! Luckily we then got Lisa. An 'old hand', who steadied the boat and handled the booking perfectly. So FIVE PLUS for Lisa and around 1 for the rest of your system.

Granted a full refund on my holiday due to covid cancellation. But still awaiting funds for over 6 weeks! No longer answering emails or returning calls. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY as they are withholding customers refunds. AVOID

Still waiting for a full refund on my cruise that was to sail on the 9th March but cancelled due to covid. Seem to be more interested in me booking another cruise or credit every time a phone them than giving me my refund.

Difficult to contact. Take ages to respond to emails. Seems like anything other than booking a new cruise is of no importance to them
