Very good service, Georgina Dawkins dealt with our booking and was very efficient, helpful and so pleasant made everything very clear and nothing too much trouble. We look forward to her continued service and help as our cruise gets nearer.

Booked a holiday early February to South Africa Land & cruise Due to my wife’s underlying health problem is she doesn’t want to travel but refused to give me my £1400 deposit as far as I’m concerned a Bucket shop travel company Stay away

Due to the current Covid crisis, we needed a few amendments to the published itinerary to make it work for us. These tweaks were soon sorted out with a minimum of fuss.. Excellent as always!

The booking was made easy by a very patient Lisa Mallon. Over a period of three days including her day of Lisa explained, changed and organized our holiday to suit everything that we asked of her. I would heartily recommend her to my friends,Lisa is a credit to your company. David Laidler

Great to deal with Maura McKenna again as we book our tenth Regent Cruise with Six Star. Maura is very knowledgeable and helpful, the booking experience with her could not be improved on.

Estelle is an exceptional concierge in these complex times. She has dealt with a recent issue, which was no fault of Six Star, quickly, efficiently and entirely to my satisfaction. She is a pleasure to talk with and offers some of the best service I have experienced from a travel company.

Have been booking our cruises with Emma Gray at Six Star for many years now and have always been very impressed with the professionalism of Emma and the whole Company. We have recommended them to friends who have also been pleased with the service that they have received.

I would like to highlight the service I received today from Stacey Green which was incredible. I realise my booking was complicated due to cancellations from MSC for cruise in March in the Caribbean changed to Royal Caribbean. Stacey dealt with my problem Brilliantly totally understood my issues and kept to her word and called me back with An outcome that suited us all. I book with cruise 118 every time and will continue in the future. Thank you Helen McColgan

I was impressed with and grateful for the service I received this week from Estelle Peachey, Specialist Service Concierge at Six Star Cruises in connection with a credit and refund for a cruise sadly cancelled later this year. Given the pressures and workload all staff must be under at this time it was impressive to receive an answer same day, an individualised thoughtful response not a generic holding note and a promise to chase up my case. Thank you.

I cannot say enough about Laura helping us book a Cruise November 2020. Laura is extremely professional and wanting to make sure she has done everything to make our holiday requirement happen for a memorable time away . We have booked for 2022 already and will most definitely be booking again for 2021 - Would only book with Six Star Cruises

Our cruise was cancelled beginning of April to French Polynesia islands. Our holiday was with Regent Seven Seas cruise line, who offered a refund via SSC. SSC owe us £17,000!!!

Still waiting for our £15k refund from Six Star Cruises for our cancelled trip to Australia on the 15th March. To date we have not received a penny, appalling communications from them with no updates since the 9th April. As others have previously stated Six Star Cruises only appear to be interested in new sales not in the customers who had their trip cancelled because of the pandemic. We will not be booking with Six Star Cruises again.

Laura was very helpful in firming up our Azamara Cruise next year on April Fools’ day. We had many questions about the cruise line not having sailed with it before but Laura’s expertise enabled her to answer everything we Raised. It is reassuring to Know that Laura will be our contact up until departure.
