Dan made the booking extremely easy

They were able to tailor a Cruise package which met our personal limitations at a cost within our budget. Your Sales Concierge, Dan McMahon, could not have been more helpful. So far he is providing follow-up contact and not handed us over to some "faceless" administrator which so often happens after one has paid the full cost!

Did what I requested. In the brochure which you sent to us it stated that if you book before 24June 2017 which we did you would send us 12bottles of Fine Wine is this still the case,please advise.

I have been booking cruises now with Six Star for 4-years and must re cord by appreciation and gratitude to Richard Wishaw, Cruise Consierge for the unfailing help and assistance he has provided on every occasion one that period in booking many cruises. When booking through Richard, it is like having a close friend or family member taking care of everything where nothing is too much trouble and who always goes the extra mile. I am currently in the process of booking 2 further cruises and have valued deeply Richard's consistent approach in finding me the perfect cruise at a perfect price. I certain,ly value his efficiency, courtesy, detailed knowledge of travel and his unfailing sense of humour that adds to the whole booking experience. Thanks

This was our first time booking a cruise through you. As my wife is disabled we require a wheelchair accessible cabin. Fortunately, one was available, but as it was on a lower deck than we usually book, and as we have never cruised with Seaboard before, we were concerned about visibility on the balcony,. But Caroline set our mind at rest by finding and sending a picture of the balcony which assured my wife that her view would not be obstructed by the metal panel below the rail. She also arranged our flight up grade and advised the airline of our seating preference.

Maura was so helpful and patient throughout our booking process and rang back exactly when she said she would. She answered all our questions clearly and gave us helpful pointers to things we hadn't thought of. Obviously spending so much you want to ensure you're getting the best arrangements possible and I feel confident we will be delighted with our choice. This will be our 3rd cruise with Regent and booked through Six Star Cruises: hopefully it won't be the last! All the paperwork came through with no surprises. Now its just a 10 month wait!

No pressure in the booking process, Dan was extremely patient with our booking as we were on another holiday when trying to book our next cruise, so far very pleased with our booking.
