“This is the first time I have booked anything through Six Star Cruises and my contact was Katie Smith. Katie was absolutely excellent in explaining everything very clearly and also emailing answers to my questions. I booked a cruise with Seabourn and Katie's help really made the process so easy. Even when Katie was not in the office she emailed me to make sure everything was going well with my booking. Katie's colleague Matthew Cotton took me through the final booking process and again this was excellent. I will now always use Six Star Cruises as my first point of contact. “We wanted to fly to Australia via Dubai, overnight in a hotel, join a cruise ship for 16 days arrive in Sydney, stay 3 nights in Sydney, fly to Singapore overnight in a hotel join a cruise that finishes in Hong Kong, 3 nights in a hotel then fly home. Emma Taylor, the cruise concierge we always use, arranged it all beautifully, answered all our queries promptly. She makes booking a holiday very easy. It's why we always go straight to six star cruises when we want to book a holiday.”

“Fantastic! Many thanks to Rachael Butterworth and Lisa Mallon for professional and friendly service. 10 out of 10 on arranging surprise cruise on Azamara for my husband ..and me! Even down to printing docs as our printer is broken and arranging "happy birthday " banner in stateroom as a surprise! . A credit to you at six star.We have been fortunate to have had many cruises but first time with both Azamara and yourselves. We hope to be back for more and will book with you in future.
