“I had worked in the travel industry for over 35 years, now retired, and worked with some very good travel consultants and a verity of companies. I have to say without any hesitation that the service I have received from Six Star Cruises so far has been excellent. I wish that the service I have received so far had been my experience with tour and cruise companies I had to deal with in my career. They deserve to be successful and I would recommend this company to anyone.”

“The telephone was answered very quickly by Mark. He was extremely helpful and understood my requests. As we are not just taking the standard fly-cruise he had to contact the cruise line and airlines to be able to give me a costing. He rang me back within 10 minutes with all the details. After discussion, at home, we decided on our flights etc. and re-contacted Mark. I had to leave a message, as he was unavailable, but he rang back very promptly and I made the booking. Details were e-mailed to me later that day. Good job!”

“Very personable gentleman who assisted in the booking process. Booked during the July "Sale Period" promising nil credit card fees, nil booking fees and Case of Fine Wines. The case of fine wines has not been forthcoming. Apparently below a minimum spend requirement although no such statement was evident in the advert. Below the belt really. Therefore simple remedy - neither I or my friends who spend a considerable amount on cruising will book with Six Star again.”

“Whereas some agents can load on the pressure in their efforts to make a sale, Mark Saxton was helpful and patient, able to answer all my queries and gave me time to make my decision, whilst being there for me when I was ready to commit. This approach was just what I needed”

“Initial enquiry to lisa humpheries but taken over by Katie smith and she as extremely helpful. Very impressed as she even managed to get me a golf booking in Cozumel. Delighted with the whole process and outcome.”

“I have great faith in Sixstar and particularly Sandie Collier who has always done us proud. Very efficient, very knowledgeable about cruise ships and port of calls. I rate her with 10 out 10. Once you have faith in someone you return again and again!. Sixstar you are!!”
