“Booking in was excellent except for my request for given late dinner at a table for 8 to be changed to early dinner preferably for a table for two, or failing this a table for six (i.e. not four or eight). This change did not appear on the revised print out document that was sent to me following receipt of final payment. I trust you can rectify this.”

“usually use Donna who is very well informed but we had Laura this time and she is not as well informed on the ships etc and is not "visa trained" so could not even tell us if we needed avisa for cuba. Donne would have known exactly what we needed. k”
