“‘Just a short message to say that the customer service we received from Janet C. was exceptional! All our queries were resolved with total satisfaction. Janet was friendly, extremely efficient & nothing was too much trouble. All issues we had were dealt with very effectively, leaving us to look forward to our forthcoming cruise. “Andrew took all the time we needed to discus all the options for our Regent Seven Seas Voyager cruise. We needed special flights which Andrew was very efficient in organising. It was a real pleasure to work with him on finalising this special cruise at a very good price. Totally recommend Andrew as an excellent agent and look forward to future bookings with him.”

“Making our booking was complicated because our son was paying for the cruise and he live in Switzerland. Matthew Cotton was extremely helpful, and efficient. He solved endless problems and always with good humour. Thanks to him we had a carefree vacation. We have already contacted him and arranged another cruise.”

“As good customer service as anyone has a right to expect. Lisa went the extra mile and was a substantial improvement on previous cruise service agents (from a different provider) This was our first time with Six Star but we will be back. Many thanks”
