“Laura Wing is a jewel! She has been extremely responsive, always so helpful and more than willing, and she is lovely to deal with on the phone and with her quick responsive emails. I cannot begin to thank her enough for her efforts. Before Laura, I had a difficult and failing time with two of your other agents. Richard Wishaw was our first agent and made our original booking. Within a few months, he was given a promotion, and at that pont, he stopped answering my emails or phone calls and I was told that he was in another dept and very occupied with his new position. At the point when we were asked to make our choices for excursions, Richard did not advise me of the date of my response, and we missed out on trying to reserve several excursions. Fortunately in the case of 2 waitlists, they have opened up; one is still not open and I am very disappointed in this. It was one of the excursions especially interesting to us both. I asked to be referred to another agent.....who wasn’t so busy, and I was sent to Sandie Collier. She is a sweet and lovely persons on the phone. But she is often not in the office. We also had quite a mishap,with our final payment, which I resolved, but it wasn’t the least convenient or made any easier by having an agent. In the final surmisal of this whole debacle, my feeling is that I should have dealt with Regent directly, and I shall in the future. But I do want it firmly noted that LAURA WING was just a perfect agent, and she really made the last of the transactions very easy. It should have happened from the outset.”

“I received an email from 6 star advising of a change to the itinerary the dates on the invoice were mixed up and confusing. I contacted 6 Star and spoke to Estelle Peachey who confirmed the mistake and she sent me a revised itinerary and checked all booked trips were changed. I would like to say thankyou for a speedy response”

“I was booking a cruise for the first time for a very special event and called Six Star Cruises just by chance. I was fortunate in that Stacey Williams picked up the phone, Stacey was exceptionally knowledgable, helpful and patient - she absolutely listened to my preferences and guided me through the options. Stacey responded to all my emails even 'out of hours' and was extremely understanding as to why this was such an important trip and why I was so keen to make exactly the right choice of cruise. I will recommend Stacey to any friends who want to book a cruise. Thank you for all your support Stacey so appreciated.”

“By using Six Star we obtained a significant discount compared to booking directly with Oceania. Moreover, Laura Wing, with whom we dealt, was extremely helpful, efficient and patient. “Fantastic cruise booked through Six Star, everything felt like we were treated like absolute royals. Nothing went wrong. Our driver who picked us up was fantastic and friendly, the overnight hotel was wonderful with beautiful views of the bay in Miami. Celebrity Cruises was the best cruise line (And we didn't pick it specifically). I dealt with Catherine Divan and trusting her to choose our room and everything else was the best thing we did. Overall extremely satisfied and already looking at our next cruise with Six Star.”

“I explained to Andrew where we wanted to go and what we wanted to do and the whole holiday package was put together without any delay. I was given all the information I needed and called back when I was told that I would be. Excellent service as always.”
