Sophie Milligan was warm and welcoming. She promptly dealt with my payment then quickly followed up with offering help with any queries I had and sent an email confirmation plus details of excursions. Most helpful.

I rang today with a query regarding the final payment of my balance and was dealt with by Beth Gallery. She was extremely helpful , professional and informative and an absolute pleasure to speak to. She answered all my questions and followed up straight away with an email outlining what we had discussed. An absolute credit to the organisation! Thank you very much!

Exceptional! Catherine Divan certainly gives a Six Star experience from the initial enquiries to the final booking. She understands our particular needs and preferences and deals with them in a caring and expert manner. She has also given me much help afterwards about this particular ship. I warmly recommend her expertise and friendly approach.

have booked many luxury cruises in the past and this was the first time we chose to book via 6*based purely on price. The experience fell far short of what we have previously experienced and will not be using this company again... The communication is very poor, dealt with numerous people and they don't call back when they say they will. After negotiating the package, we ended up have to call them as they did not call when we had arranged (the excuse being - one person was too busy and the others laptop broke and didn't get the message)!! not very professional.

Thank you for your review, We are a customer focused company and feedback whether good or bad is extremely important to us, as it is only on the receipt of information such as this we can assess and improve the services that we offer. We are very sorry that you feel our communication is very poor as we pride ourselves in the service, we offer our customers and assure you that this is not indicative of the service usually provided. Our sales concierge works a 40 hour shift from 9am – 10pm 7 days a week and therefore may not be available immediately. Our Six-star customers are allocated their own concierge however if, due to the shift pattern, you have any queries and the sales concierge is not available you can contact our six star service team. Please rest assured that the points you have raised in your review have been investigated and addressed. Again, we apologise for the difficulties you encountered. I hope that you have a wonderful holiday and if you have any queries please do not hesitate to contact us.

Booked a Galapagos cruise with Dan who was recommended to us by some friends. We were very happy with the deal he managed to put together and we were impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. Will definitely use Six Star Cruises again.

It recently became necessary due unforeseen medical reasons for me to make a major change to our holiday plans. We are deeply indebted to Rachael Butterworth for the way she facilitated the change, with such positive professional action and matched by a sympathetic approach. Rachael showed confidence in what she was doing and gave us faith in the final outcome.

Stacey took the time and trouble to talk to me and find out my needs, likes and dislikes which resulted in me making my booking with her. The price was good and I know I will receive great personal service from Stacey right up until I depart for my cruise.
