“Booked 2 cruises with Emma recently &, as always, the service was professional & friendly. In both cases there were choices & decisions to be made but there was no pressure. Emma answered all of our questions and helped us to arrive at decisions with which we are happy. Thank you!”

“Decide in haste and repent at leisure, we had second thoughts about our cruise, and wanted to cancel it 14 hours after booking it. Pity it was late Friday evening as nothing could be done this Monday with the cancellation team. Bottom line loss of our £1400 deposit!”

“Used Six Star Cruises previously and the quality of service compares favourably with other cruise agents that I have used. The advice, guidance and value for money is commendable, but importantly, the professionalism of the cruise concierge is very helpful. A long time until we actually take the cruise but so,far so good.”

“The lady who was looking after me and answered all my queries (Janet Cain) couldn't have been more helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Janet answered all my questions and even gave me some additional hints and tips for my holiday.”

“Really helpful and knowledgeable. Good advice about location of cabins, best ways to do flights and transfers to the port. We were so impressed with a previous cruise which is why we booked again. Prices are very competative, haven't had any problems regarding returns or refunds.”

“Katie could not have been more helpful. She enabled us to choose a really good value-for-money deal in the Queens Grill on a 14-day cruise from Southampton to New York via Liverpool, Reykavik, somewhere whose name I forget in Newfoundland, Nova Scotia and then of course the final crossing under the Verazano Narrows Bridge past the Statue of Liberty to Brooklyn (unlike the customs shed that Bertie Wooster and Jeeves always used to disembark at). Neither of us have cruised before, but it was my fiancee's choice, so we went with it. Best Nicholas and Pamela”
