“I have just completed my booking for our 2nd cruise with Six Star Cruises. I do not normally write reviews, however in this case I am making an exception. From start to finish our Cruise Concierge Lisa Mallon excelled with her knowledge of the ship,ports of call, and general information on all matters relevant to the cruise even including seat locations in various airlines. When we discussed the finer details of the cruise she was extremely courteous and very patient making the whole process a very pleasant experience. It's a 10 from Ken.”

“Janet Cain resolved all my queries professionally and in easy to understand language. This is our 4th cruise with Six Star Cruises, we always book with Mark Saxton who is excellent and provides us with everything we require. A full five star service.”

“My husband and I are first time cruisers.Our enquiries and booking experience has been exceptionally efficient and straightforward and it was a delight having Lisa Mallon as our concierge. Lisa was able to tailor make our trip to include visiting Los Angeles to see family following the cruise plus an extended stay in the Caribbean, offering flight and hotel options to suit our explicit requirements and that helped us make well informed choices. Lisa was very knowledgeable about the cabins on board the ship and able to offer advice as to which might suit us best. She was thorough, friendly and experienced and able to answer all of our queries.She always came back to us promptly without being pushy and we feel confident that we have booked with an excellent company who who have their passengers interests at heart and will be there at the end of a telephone if we have any further questions to ask. The cost of our trip has come to considerably more than we had hoped because of our extended trip but we shall not hesitate to recommend Six Star Cruises to friends and family as we feel in safe hands.One word of warning.....do shop around for travel insurance as our quotes varied from £700 to over £3,000!”
