Once again Six Star Cruises handled our enquiry efficiently and researched the options to come up with the best package to suit our needs and enable us to complete a booking with the minimum of fuss.

Our concierge Matthew was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He didn't pressure us and really seemed to want the best holiday for us. He also offered a great discount on the brochure price. Very very impressed up to now and I'd certainly recommend

It was not just me phoning them with queries but them phoning proactively. Lots of help booking seats on aircraft.

With Six Star Cruises I have felt cared for and looked after during the booking process. I have been able to ask for different flights and discuss worries. Prior to cruises I have been able to ask for reassurance and extra information. After the cruise I can share how much I have enjoyed the experience.

Staff are excellent and the service provided has been outstanding! As a result of your great service I recommended that my friend Mrs Halldora Hallgrimms'O'neill should contact you and book a cruise on Regent Seven Seas Navigator departing February 2017 as she has done exactly that, I look forward to receiving my John Lewis vouchers. its all about people our 6 star contact was excellent and a good relationship was established, unfortunately on day of booking she went off on 2 week leave and communication was not as good.

Poor after-sales service. My impression was once I paid the money, that was that! Although it was suggested at booking, e-tickets would be sent, they were not. I had to ring to ask. The tickets arrived the day the ship left - surely the despacher should have noticed they might not reach us? Dreadful website of excursion provider - the 10 tours from Rome included 6 airport transfers and the filters did not work. I spent a long time trying to find something which was available - but I had no problem booking with Seabourn. No pre-or post travel phone call (yet!)
