The staff of Six Star Cruises are really excellent. This is quite true but Maura McKenna has been unbelievably helpful, she is delightful and should be given 6 stars. Mr and Mrs Desmond Ely

I was very pleased with Catherine's services, she was exceptionally helpful and thorough with the bookings, I was impressed by the way she read everything back to me grammatically. This is the second time I have used Catherine for a holiday, the first was to Kenya, the service to detail was fantastic. I would definitely recommend six star to friends and colleague's. We are all looking forward to our cruise next year.

Good friendly service, following on from last year's hiccups, but still a little confusion over loyalty discount. Booking for US friends I thought discount would also apply to them.

First point of contact is very important. Dominic Crockatt was my first point of contact and he excelled in this field. He is very professional, articulate and welcoming. Booking was a pleasure with him.

As ever, the booking experience with Sandie was excellent. Very efficient, helpful, calm, amazingly patient and knowledgable. However, there is room for improvement with the backroom staff who are prone to making the odd silly mistake e.g. booking speciality restaurants in advance, private cars at airports etc.

Emma booked the whole package over the phone. Hotels, private car transfers, flights and the cruise. One stop shopping at its best!

Oceania Riviera Eastern Med. cruise that SixStar (Donna Worsnip) packaged for us. Everything went well (flights, transfers and the cruise) so we couldn't ask any more.

The cruise concierge who handeld my enquiry and subsequent booking was excellent and knew exactly what I was requesting from my enquiry I have no hesitation in recommending Six StarCruises to them

Cruise booking made on 2 August for 40th wedding anniversary. Itinerary was important and included port of Limassol, where we were to meet relatives to celebrate. Printed final cruise documents from Seabourn website on 29 September (2 weeks before departure) only to find that Limassol dropped in favour of Paphos. Apparently Six Star knew on 20 August, but did not tell customers. Cancellation would involve 90% loss. Wife devastated and anniverary ruined. Thanks Six Star and thanks Seabourn!

Katy has always been friendly, helpful and efficient. She listened and tried to provide what we wanted - rather than trying to sell us something quite different. We wish her well as she begins her maternity leave. I did wonder what we would do in her absence but Emma has organised our next cruise with great competence and an eye to getting us the best deal - we like that!

Very occasionally a person goes beyond what might be expected. Mark Saxton did just this, taking considerable pains over my booking to ensure that I got exactly what I wanted, and furthermore giving me some helpful advice. That is why I am happy with this booking.

Up to booking the holiday all went well. Richard Wishaw was very helpful. However, once we had made a deposit the support went downhill! We received a basic breakdown of the itinerary which ended with a note saying we should contact Richard immediately if we had any queries. We did have a few questions, so phoned to speak to Richard. We were told he would be in later in the week and he would phone is on the Friday 23rd sept. He did not. We phoned at the weekend & spoke to Donna who was helpful. She said she would email Richard re our queries as he was'taking over management responsibilities so would contact us probably on Monday.' It is now Tuesday night no contact so far....
