Very good service but the addition of an administration charge in the account which I had to query and have removed took the gloss of everything

We are so looking forward to the booking we have made with Oceania Mariner, to enjoy the experience their journey beginning from London to Rio on 11 Dec.2015 , and returning from Santiago on 07 Jan 2016 to London. The itinerary is superb and the Cape Horn section of the cruise, in particular, is really something to be on a cruise vessel. Dick and Joan Turpin

We usually book directly with Seabourn but the advertisement in the Telegraph looked too good to be true with Six Star Cruises. The sales person was efficient, friendly and extremely helpful. Even after upgrading our cabin on board, we still received a better deal, financially, than if we had gone to the company direct. Who knows, maybe this could be the start of a new way of booking our holidays for us. Let's hope so, as it was much easier than organizing everything ourselves, which we normally do.

A call from Debbie South ... no waffle ... straight to the point ... very efficient ... and the cruise was booked with Seabourn for October ... This was my first experience of six star.

We've booked with six star a number of times, I would recommend them to anyone as they are really easy to deal with. They'll check prices, flights, hotels and more than one cruise which, if you're not sure which to go for, is really helpful. I also like the fact that last year I dealt with Emma Taylor and this year I could deal with the same person, it's a nice feeling of continuity!!

Our first time booking with Six Star Cruises, our travel concierge Michael was the best travel adviser I have ever dealt with, answering all our queries & requirements professionaly, knowledgeably and kindly. Calls were promptly returned. We would definitely recommend Six Star to others.

Ben Trinder was efficient, with an excellent manner, understood our needs, supplied the information we wanted promptly and was reassuring for first time customers. When he said he would ring back, he did just that! This is worth a great deal! The documentation provided is very clear, recording all our requests Between our first inquiry and booking a few days later, the price had dropped and we were told immediately, even though it was clear we were going to book.....impressive! We will get back to you when we have been but, to date, we are very impressed Pam Dowson and Joan Gaffiney

Both cruises that we have booked have been handled in a very helpful and professional manner. We have been informed of any special offers and privileges, and where any adjustments have been requested, such as extra nights pre cruise, they have been organised with the least amount of hassle. We have yet to put all of this to the test, with our first Six Star Cruise in July, but hopefully all will proceed as efficiently as the booking process.

confirmation stated that we would fly from Manchester whereas we booked from Heathrow. Original confirmation stated that we would have B2 veranda cabin, amended confirmation e.mail states B4 cabin. Flight now changed to Heathrow.

I had a very fast response from Katy Porter whilst booking our cruise. She was extremely helpful and managed to get me a good price for the cruise. The documents from AMA waterways took long to come through though - the fact that this was a late booking may have contributed to this. Otherwise I am very happy with the level of service received. Thank You.

Very good service Donna was very pleasant to talk to and went to a great deal of trouble to get us on the ship as we had a late booking we are looking forward to comparing your ship to our past experiences on Silver Seas.
