We were very impressed by Six Star cruises as a company and by our representative Matthew Cotton in particular. He was extremely efficient and courteous and more importantly gave us a good price for our chosen cruise. We look forward to booking with Six Star Cruises again soon.

Your agent Matthew Cotton was very friendly and helpful when we booked our cruise over the telephone. We had difficulty when booking excursions and restaurants on line,and it was very confusing as to who we were dealing with.

We were told that the other company that offered us the same cabin for a cheaper price would be unable to get the flights for us - thi was untrue!! We also NEVER received our stay in a hotel with Crisp White Sheets for booking with you previously! I was also told not to takr any notice of any adverts I see in the newspapers as they are always out of date as you have to give the ad to the newspapers 10 days in advance. What a lot of nonsense. Why are you adverising then?

Contact is easy and straightforward, the allocation of a concierge is very helpful and if he/she is not there then someone is always around as a helpful deputy. Questions are answered quickly and efficiently in a professional manner.

Once again I have booked with Sixstar..they are always so very pleased to give the best service from helping with enquiries to delivering a very pleasing outcome. I particularly like the icruiseconcierge service and seeing and tracking my holiday details online makes everything seem more real. The concierge message service is easy to use and very handy indeed. I purchased a cruise on the Azamara Quest but when the invoice and ATOL certificate arrived it showed the vessel to be the Oceana. The error was corrected immediately on the invoice but it took me five telephone calls to my cruise concierge before I received the correct ATOL certificate. This is only the second issue I have encountered in several years as a customer of Six Star Cruises.

First class service. Debbie was very helpful . This is our first cruise so she led us through all the options very patiently. I never felt pressured at any time. We are now looking forward to our cruise.

We booked an Azamara cruise with Hannah. She is excellent at her job, polite, nothing too much trouble, and made the booking simple. I would email her with questions and she would get straight back to me by phone. Thank you Hannah, the cruise we are so looking forward to is a perfect itinerary for us at the right price.

On 28 April I booked a cruise for 2 ref HTR-97270. Page 4 of the Booking Confirmation was wrong. I phoned and left a message for Matthew Cotton to phone me. He did not. I phoned again the next day and he promised a corrected print-out. It was not sent. I phoned again on 6 May and spoke to a lady who promised a corrected print-out. It was not sent. I am so disgusted with your service I wonder whether the booking has been made. Please telephone me on Monday on 01892 541565 to confirm this has been received and a corrected print-out is in the post. Alan How

We have just booked through Six Star Cruises for a holiday in February 2015, therefore, I can only review the booking process. I had contact with 2 agents and both seemed very knowledgeable and helped us make, what we hope, is the right decision!
