“Unfortunately, the initial booking experience was good and I was looking forward to six star treatment as advertised. However, shortly after paying in full because the cruise was due within 3 months, I had a couple of hiccups! One the advertisement on website, highlighted a pre-night stay in Athens including free flight with cruise. When I inquired, I was told there was only a choice of free flight or pre-night stay. After I pointed out this was not advertised as optional of one or other choice, I was told that perhaps there could be money deducted off the total cost. I suggested instead, I would be happy with an free excursion instead on Santorini. Next, problem was I noticed that my credit card details was used to pay someone else's holiday for £1333 five days after my transaction of payment. I was very concerned to think that my card details had been available for use without my agreement. This has now made me wonder, if the cruise is going to be superior to my previous 4 and 5 star cruises, which I have enjoyed all around the world.”

“Just the best! We dealt with Katy at Six Star Cruises. Very efficient with a quick quote, which was very competitive. Also Six Star helps and advises with regards to flights, hotel, shore excursions, and any visa requirements . “As always with the cruise conceierge's at SixStar they know their stuff backwards and offer helpful advice on all sorts of subjects. Never pushy they feel like old friends giving you sound advice. They are without doubt one of SixStars greatest assets.”

“We had originally asked for a price of an Oceania cruise sailing in October however we decided not progress with it, Mathew Cotton the cruise concierge went to a lot of trouble to price and map out the cruise for us, he was extremely helpful and gave us all the information over the phone quickly followed by email with the written quote. We then decided to price another Oceania cruise in August, Mathew C was not available but his colleague Mathew Hawkins gave us equally helpful information, we accepted the price over the phone and he emailed the confirmation within a couple of hours. This is the first time we have booked with Six Star Cruises and I was impressed by the service and good advice from Mathew C and Mathew H..”
