“This is the first time we have used River Voyages Tour Company. On this occasion it was to arrange a cruise down the Driver Danube. I have found every member of staff helpful and informative. They have gone beyond expectations and whever I was not sure how do do something they did it for me. If the holiday goes as smoothly as the booking process I will certainly use this company again and would recommend them to friends.”

“This is our first experience with Six Star Cruises. Katie was very helpful, enthusiastic and detailed with her explanations upon booking our cruise for later this year. “Katie always did what she said she would do, ie contact seabourn, chase them, and call us back at the time she promised. Really impressed with her service and professionalism.”

“So far so very, very good. Donna our Six Star Concierge has made the booking process a lip smacking anticipatory delight. We were guided through all the options to settle on the Oceania Baltic cruise for our 50th wedding anniversary next year - 1969-2019 - One small step for Neil Armstrong and giant leap for us; glad to say we are still over the (Golden) moon! - carry on like this Six Star and we will be starry eyed with gratitude. Thanks again Miles and Cath”

“We used them twice. The first time they didn't contact us to advise our flight had been cancelled. We had to find our own replacement flight, and got a taxi from Gatwick to Heathrow. They paid up, but we weren't impressed. The second time, we gave them another chance, but it wasn't a great experience. The holiday info arrived after the trip, sent 2nd class, and although we cancelled the transfers, we weren't given a full refund. So for the sake of £50, they have now lost us as a customer.”

Thank you for your comments Jacqueline, although this is clearly not the feedback we are either expecting or indeed used to receiving, we do appreciate you taking the time to review our service. Even though our overall score indicates that we offer great service on the majority of occasions, we try to never become complacent and constantly look for opportunity to improve even further. Clearly something has gone very wrong on this occasion which will be investigated. “We have booked several cruises with Lisa over the last few years. We have always found her to be very helpful and responsive to our many and varied questions. We usually know what sort of trip we want and Lisa is very good at tailoring the details to suit us perfectly. Thank you and we look forward to our future holidays booked through yourselves.”

“Katie was highly responsive and professional. She responded to my initial email enquiry immediately, agreed to gather cruise line information at 7.30pm in the evening and had a comprehensive proposal by 9,00am the next day. In addition to her efficient service, she was friendly, helpful and fun to deal with on the phone. I have worked with 3 six star cruise concierge personnel, and so far, Katie is up there with the best”

“After booking our holiday, l contacted Keeley Degriffa with a few follow up questions, to which l found Keeley to be very knowledgeable, clear and extreamly helpful.
