“Nothing wrong with the service but don’t like the idea that they don’t seem to honour prices they advertised. Price seems to go up every time upon confirmation of booking .”

“You should state that your offer of Champaign only applies if you don’t ask for a good price. We booked a £6,000 Seabourne cruise with you only to be told this, it will be the last cruise we book through 6 star.”

“Michel originally and most recently Katy Porter have been absolutely marvellous. In the last few days I have driven Katy quite mad with numerous questions and queries. She has been totally unphased and either answered the questions when asked or phoned back with answers when necessary. Every promised call back was made. Hasn't always happened with other cruise companies. This is the second cruise booking I've made with SixStar and I have no reason to go anywhere else in the future.”
