The Staff, were able to give me excellent advice and guidance on the cruise, that my husband and I were interested in. The out come of this advice is we have now booked a cruise, and we are looking forward to this holiday next year,

Both Michelle and Rachel were very helpful and made me feel as if nothing was too much trouble. I would recommend them to anyone and I will use them again.

Hi , I would like to bring it to your attention , how impressed I was with the amount of knowledge that Emma had and the help which she was able to give in booking my cruise for my friend and I . Had an email from six star cruises today with special deals from Azamara. Rang and spoke to Laura, who went out of her way to get me a cruise to suit my budget, mid summer. She spent 1hr with me on the phone, and came up with quite a few cruises in my price. She also sorted regional flights, and hotels, thus making it very easy all round. This is the first time I have used six star cruises, and it won’t be the last! Thank-you Laura.

The whole process of booking my cruise was exceptional. Katja was extremely polite, helpful and went out of her way to get me the best deal for the cruise. Having efficiently taken my details, requirements and queries she then made contact with another company in order to secure me an improved deal and meet every requirement. She made the whole process so simple, stress free and filled me with confidence that this cruise was exactly what myself and my party were looking for. The cruise confirmation and itinerary was sent to me promptly and accurately. As a result I would have no hesitation in using this company in the future. If the cruise staff are as helpful I have no doubt that this will be a highly enjoyable experience. Thank you Katja

Poor booking experience. Wrote & tried to call MD in order to resolve problems. Received phone call in reply informing me that he was too busy to deal with complaints. The situation was eventually sorted by Kelly but left me with a negative impression of the company. Looks like a not too well trained sales machine.

It was a pleasure to speak to a very knowledgeable, professional and helpful cruise advisor, Andy, who took excellent care in ensuring all the details of our cruise, flights and hotels were perfect for us. We have used Six Star Cruises several times in the past, and would not hesitate to do so again.

It was a pleasure dealing with an individual who understood my holiday needs and who had an in-depth knowledge of the product he was offering. He was able to find exactly what I wanted at a price I was willing to pay. I would not hesitate to use six star cruises again

Richard is really amazing - patient and nothing too much trouble. He is knowledgeable on all cruises and deals with questions promptly and with efficiency. We have just done Seabourn and have booked another trip with him....all on his recommendation. Well done.

Whilst arranging cruise for two other people problems arose in our co-ordination but staff at Sixstar were more than happy to help finally Joyce was able to give me info on Gatwick and Easyjet flight details . very impressed

I called to pay our outstanding balance which was done efficiently and quickly. Then Lindsey, who was warm and professional, assured me that she would transfer all of our details across so we didn't have to repeat the process and emailed me with details of specialist dining provisions the same day. An excellent service which is quick to access, covers things I hadn't thought of, does what they offer to do and does it promptly and courteously.

Lyndsey Mccracken couldn't have been more helpful, knowledgeable and patient, having to deal with all of my stupid questions! Absolutely nothing was too much trouble for her, no matter how many times I called or e:mailed her. An absolutely amazing service!

In answer to your question "how was your booking experience?": We were not told to register with our cruise line so missed out on information. We missed a date to book excursions because it was in very small print right at the bottom of all the info under "special requests." It did not even add "book these with your cruise line not us". That sales/concierge then left the Six Star which did not have proper systems in place to help the next concierge who took over. So we had no useful information for a year. We accidentally found out all this and complained. Donna is now doing her utmost to undo the damage of lack of service since December 2020 and get our holiday back on track and repair Six Star's reputation with us. Through her senior management's fault she has an unenviable task.

Haven't gone on the cruise yet I depart in 28 days time.But judging by the basic tickets and confirmation paperwork that I've received today in the Second Class post today it leaves me feeling cold and unimpressed that I might be in for a poor experience. The paperwork was printed so small I had to use a magnifying glass to read it. The luggage tickets were non existent. One sheet printed in Black and white ink that one is expected to photocopy then fold in an origami fashion and placing to your suitcase handle staple it to secure it. Who carries a staple gun in their handbag before embarking on a ship? It suggests you photocopy the one copy they've sent me and to do it in colour yet they send it to the me in Back and white. Is it too much to expect 4 decent sturdy made luggage tags with the tickets in a presentation box or at least 1st class to set the tone of the adventure I'm about to embark on. The presentation of my so called tickets and paperwork looks cheap and shoddy, lets hope the cruise isn't of the same standard. Having previously felt excited about my trip I now feel anxious and apprehensive now as I feel this has set the bar and tone of things to come.

Thank you for your feedback. Firstly we are very sorry to hear of your disappointment. I do totally understand your point of view however sadly the standard of the documentation does vary from cruise line to cruise line, as an agent for each cruise line we are obligated to send all documentation on regardless. Having said that this is something that we are looking at internally following similar feedback. it does only affect a handful of cruise lines particularly in the luxury sector however we are in agreement with you that this is a few too many.. I can advise that each cruise line can and will apply luggage tags at the port side so please do not worry about the DIY version. Have a lovely holiday, I am pretty certain that this will not affect the overall enjoyment of your cruise.

On all the occasions I have contacted Six Star Cruises I have received excellent service. A special mention to Dan McMahon and Keeley who were helpful, polite and answered all my questions.
