Emma my cruise concierge listened well and was very responsive to our needs and came back with what seems good advice. Come back and ask me again how it went when we get back

We put forward various options, however Caroline Latham dealt with each scenario with great patience and helpful advice. The final booking was handled professionally and efficiently. The friendly approach level of service was much appreciated and gave us confidence in our booking. We look forward to continued association with the company.

Hello. My name is veronique Orlando from Luxembourg And i speak french .that's when my english vocabulary Is not so good... I booked last week with Matthew a 3 weeks cruise on the seabourn encore...for august 2017. Everything was in order except Friday when i confirmed the Cruise ...the new person in charge of my Cruise, Mark wanted to charge me 2.5 % credit card fee. We had never discussed thoses fees with Matthew.... Finally, Mark confirmed that i should not pay fees ...everything was ok.. Usually i work with the luxe Cruise uk and each year i book a Cruise with Them. They never charge me credit card fee And i always pay with my credit card... Next Time , i Will ask you also a quotation for my future Cruise but you should say if i Will have to pay or not credit card fees... I'm happy to work with you And i hope you Will stay in contact with me about that Cruise when i Will have to pay the rest And when my cabin Will be allocated... Thank you Veronique from Luxembourg

its all about people our 6 star contact was excellent and a good relationship was established, unfortunately on day of booking she went off on 2 week leave and communication was not as good.

Maura was very helpful and patient and always called us back when she said she would. Six Star cruises also bettered a price offered by our usual agents. Just disappointed that the offer that had popped up on Facebook and prompted my call for information was longer available on that day (it was apparently a few days out of date )

Good friendly service, following on from last year's hiccups, but still a little confusion over loyalty discount. Booking for US friends I thought discount would also apply to them.

As ever, the booking experience with Sandie was excellent. Very efficient, helpful, calm, amazingly patient and knowledgable. However, there is room for improvement with the backroom staff who are prone to making the odd silly mistake e.g. booking speciality restaurants in advance, private cars at airports etc.
