“Just one small point. I booked a 22k cruise and was only offered a wine voucher because a competitor offered it. After booking many cruise with you that was a bit disappointing”

“Booking in was excellent except for my request for given late dinner at a table for 8 to be changed to early dinner preferably for a table for two, or failing this a table for six (i.e. not four or eight). This change did not appear on the revised print out document that was sent to me following receipt of final payment. I trust you can rectify this.”

“The destinations were very interesting. The prices shown in the brochure however weren't enticing but were not representative of the actual price paid. The way we have to acquire a tour visas is extremely demanding and expensive. Visas would be better (and cheaper) dealt with by you since you hold most of the information required.”
