Six Star Cruises' booking process was very good, except that the agent's phone line quality was poor - presumably not her (or your) fault.

Laura was very helpful as was Lisa, top marks to both. However, when Laura was out of the office, I phoned back to book on the number Laura had given in an email and was cut off 3 times!!! Twice after holding for 6 minutes without speaking to anyone and on the other occasion cut off after explaining that I wanted to book a cruise for which Laure had quoted. Someone clearly couldn't be bothered picking up someone else's quote. Top marks to Lisa who processed the booking with great thoroughness after I phoned the 0800 number.

We tried to get through on the phone to book the Azamara St Patrick Iberian cruise - balcony cabin at £999. However it was impossible. Tried the next day, by which time it had gone up to £1249. Still couldn't get through. Decided to use the live chat instead. Poor Shirley drew the short straw! Laborious way of booking a cruise. On line booking would be much better. However Shirley persevered like a trooper and we finally got it booked. Then all your systems crashed. Poor woman called several times to take payment, but phone line kept breaking down. Between using her own phone and our landline we finally got deposit paid, albeit costing a lot more than it would have done if we'd managed to get through the day before. Shirley was friendly and professional and we were more than happy with the service that she provided.

6-star quickly picked up and communicated following a booking made with the cruise line directly on board. Noted that cruise line automatically referred to 6-star as the cruise we were enjoying was booked with them - so loyalty both ways

From the booking of the cruise Six Star are very efficient but we felt let down by: 1) airport transfers not turning up on two occasions, once in Amsterdam and once in Reykjavik 2)options not offered before and after cruise eg staying an extra night in port 3) choice of airline when we lost air miles in booking Iberia rather than BA although advertised as BA flights

The staff at Six Star cruises are very helpful - once you actually get them. My own experience is, that they were struggling to cope with the number of callers, I did not get called back when I was told I would be, it took ages to get an agent on the phone in the first place, and I then (after paying what the agent requested as a deposit) got an email the next day, demanding the balance as it was overdue! This is not what I expect from Six Star, I've booked with them before, and not had this hassle. The girls whom I spoke to however were very helpful and got my cruise booked.

The booking process with Dan was very efficient. He is on top of his subject, very knowledgeable and professional We rate Dan 5/5 We rate Six Star Cruises 3.5 / 5 due to our past two years of experience prior to moving our business to Dan Wrt recommending 6* cruises I would caveat my comments with 'provided you get a good cruise concierge'

Generally went well but not as slick as usual. Not sure if exceptionally busy or down on staff but spoke to four different people and one call wasn’t returned. However booking was reserved and finalized without any problem.

Last year we did have problems due to staff issues at 6* cruises. This year so far the booking has been smooth and the staff helpful. They have returned my calls and dealt with our issues well.
