Very good telephone communication but disappointed to receive a later option from one of your competitors offering a lower price for the same grade cabin and up graded flights.. We are unlikely to book through you again.

Assistance from the concierge was very good indeed. She was helpful with her recommendations and what was particularly useful is that she was able to do the flights and upgrades immediately

Everything worked very well apart from the taxi from Athens airport to the hotel. Driver not there and had to go to Information desk to find out what had happened. Driver's friend had our name on iPad and advised that our driver was just parking car! Not a great way to start but after that everything went well especially the cruise with Azamara which was excellent.

Consultant worked efficiently and patiently to put together all our requirements for the cruise. This wasn't a straightforward package with varying flight and hotel options. The one weakness of the booking was the limited number of hotels that they could offer in Malta - there were good hotels in the right locality but they didn't appear on their list of available hotels.

This is a difficult review to write. I consistently receive excellent service from Richard Wishaw, Cruise Concierge. The experience with Richard is like having a personal friend making my travel arrangements" responsive and attentive, always there when I need him, knowledgable and extremely reliable. However, my overall experience with Six Star Cruises have been somewhat tainted this week by poor levels of service from the infrastructure in Chorley which caused me to miss an upgrade offered by Seabourn and also emails sent to be regarding some charges. Despite complaint, I have to date not received any management response. As a frequent cruiser, I regularly make onboard bookings and then transfer them back to a UK agent. I currently have 4 future cruise bookings now with Six Star and a further Seabourn booking to be transferred to the UK. The service that Richard provides is exemplary and exceeds "Very Good" consistently. However, there are clearly back-office processes within the Six Star infrastructure that require more attention to detail in terms of quality. As an aside, I observed in the latest brochure mailing, the use of the Seabourn logo with what is clearly a Silversea South African Cruise as an example of detail not picked up.

Last year we had a disaster. I talkedit through with Joe Morrison. We had to cancel a summer cruise owing to an emergency hip revision, but Oceania were unaware of the cancellation which we thought was your responsibility. This lost precious days when our cabin might have been sold on. Being that this was our second cancellation of the year, the first with Seabourn (NZ/Aus) owing to my mother's sudden death. I was fuming. I was ready to take my bat home and go with Planet Cruise this year, but Emma Gray had always been brilliant, and we wanted to prove that loyalty wasn't skin deep. Well, she did the business this year and we go Oceania Syrena in July.

This was the first time that I had used Six Star Cruises and I was very impressed. I have been aware of their existence for a while and received emails with their offerings but remained loyal to my previous cruise company. On this occasion their offer could not be matched by my existing agent so decided to give Six Star a go. I was attracted by their offer, and very impressed with the professionalism with which they dealt with my requirements. If the experience continues on this vein I will be very content. The proof of the pudding is in the eating!
