Rachael was extremely helpful only to be undermined by your admin staff who later on that day sent me a complete duplication of documentation as if I was just starting my investigation into available cruises in April whereas I had finalised my booking and payment by the end of December. I think this is the 3rd or 4th duplication I have received from you.

Rachel Bennison worked very to overcome problems with E mail which hadn't been sent due to computer problems. She was extremely patient and understanding.

A very efficient booking however it was not clear if a 10per cent reduction should have been applied as stated in E mail advice.

Did what I requested. In the brochure which you sent to us it stated that if you book before 24June 2017 which we did you would send us 12bottles of Fine Wine is this still the case,please advise.

Just one small point. I booked a 22k cruise and was only offered a wine voucher because a competitor offered it. After booking many cruise with you that was a bit disappointing

Booking in was excellent except for my request for given late dinner at a table for 8 to be changed to early dinner preferably for a table for two, or failing this a table for six (i.e. not four or eight). This change did not appear on the revised print out document that was sent to me following receipt of final payment. I trust you can rectify this.
