“I had a problem with the method of payment for the final invoice. The Special Service Concierge, Janet Cain, could not have been more helpful and understanding. She went to exceptional lengths to ensure a satisfactory solution and I am both impressed and grateful. “Thank you Emma so much much for your perseverance and patience getting me a cruise over the Christmas period. Having left it so late to book,i realise how difficult it was to find anything available within my price range. I think we are all too quick to complain when we don't receive the service we expect,but tend not to bother to acknowledge when we get good service,and in this case exceptional service. “Easy to deal with! The website is great and easy to use and the Cruise Specialist - Andrew Freeman was always on hand to provide excellent assistance and found us the perfect Luxury Cruise. It was a truly excellent experience since I had spent literally months doing my own research and speaking directly to the Cruise lines myself. Far too much information made it a seemingly impossible task to get exactly what we wanted. Andrew managed to distill everything down for us! Well done. We will be using you again in 2019!”

“This will be our third booking through Six Star Cruises, we were tempted to book this one on the ship during our last cruise where they were offering attractive reductions however we decided to forgo these and book thro Six Star when we got back home because we were so impressed with their service. Donna Worsnop was so efficient and she managed to almost match the ships price with direct flights from Manchester and private transfers. We are so glad that we waited to book through Donna, who gives helpful advice on all aspects of the holiday and gives outstanding service , we are confident that with Donna we are in safe hands.”

“We are seasoned cruisers and have been looking for a company that would be efficient and helpful. Previous experiences with other companies have included sending us to the wrong hotel and even to the wrong airport on one occasion. So far, really impressed with Bridie and her attention to detail. Have two cruises booked with Six Star now so keep up the good work!!”
