“Excellent service from Mark Saxton and SSC as ever. Mark is always polite and professional he responds promptly and deals with any queries that we may have. I would very much recommend SSC to my friends and family without hesitation.”

“Booking was no problem 5* for that. But to only be told 1.1/2 das before travelling that your cruise is now not a cruise. Not happy. Unable to book anything else because of the time. Appreciate that water levels are not controllable but the problem did not occur overnight.”

We totally appreciate how frustrating it must have been to have your cruise cancelled at such a late date. I can assure you that as soon as we were informed by Emerald that your cruise was no longer operating, due to the low water levels, we contacted you. Due to the very nature of the problem the cruise lines have been holding off cancellations as the situation could have changed had it rained sufficiently to operate the cruise. Thank you for booking us as we value your custom.

“Have been trying to change flights for next March. Emails have not been responded to efficiently and “surprisingly “ fares are increasing ! Very surprised by service as have booked numerous cruises over the years on top rated cruises. Maybe time to change??”

“They might call themselves six star cruises but the are 0 star customer service.. they are good when you are booking but once you have booked there is no after sales service. Flights are changed without approval phone calls are not resplied to.. answers are not answered!! Totally disappointed with my experience with them will never recommend or rebook with them.”
