“Stacey very quickly set about creating a Tailor Made trip-- flights and Cruise, then Emma completed the Itinerary and confirmed the booking. Laura did all the passport , Insurance an Next of Kin so the whole Booking was carried out like clockwork.”

“Catherine went out of her way to find what we wanted at the best price. She also made suggestions as to suitability of decks and cabins. She did what she said she would do and sent us all the information by email so that we could look through it before committing and offered to go through anything we weren’t sure of. She also gave us her email and direct line for future contact. She was very professional and Friendly.”

“I felt very lucky that Stacey Williams answered the call when I rang Six Star Cruises. She was very enthusiastic about finding us a cruise - which she did. She has been extremely helpful and certainly gone above and beyond to help us make the booking. Also other staff have been helpful when I have rung for Stacey and she has been on another call.”

“We have used Dan on several cruises and he always goes that extra mile. He responds to emails and telephone calls immediately. Dan spends a lot of time working out the best flight routes, pre cruise hotels, transportation, cabins etc. Lots of knowledge and very experienced as well as being highly motivated. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Dan along with Six Star Cruises secure in the knowledge your cruise will be Six Star ⭐️ Very impressed with the follow up communication team, admin, payments, ticket distribution etc all work as part of a very efficient organisation who obviously feel customer care is paramount”

“I would like to thank Joyce Hoyle nothing is too much trouble for this lovely lady. I had not been in touch for a while and had a few niggles regarding my river cruise which is coming up soon. All sorted in a very short time. A great rapport even in an email. Six star cruises should be so so proud of you Joyce. Your knowledge and customer service skills are exceptional. One very very happy customer today. Ps couldn’t mark customer service so 0lease take this as 5 stars.”

“Sixstar is an excellent company and the staff are very efficient and helpful. I would say that we are travelers who like to have everything organized for us and have a tailor made package ( day room at hotel, flight upgrades, private transfers, land program etc.). No matter what we ask for it is no sooner said than done. The prices are always the best possible. Our concierge is Erin and we are absolutely delighted with her, the best agent ever !”
