“I have just booked our first ever cruise. Katie Smith was absolutely fantastic throughout the booking process. During initial call Katie was very helpful and provided me with lots of helpful and relevant info about the cruise I was considering. Katie was very knowledgeable and not pushy which I really appreciated. When I called back the next day to confirm my booking Katie was again really helpful and made sure I understood everything about my booking. Katie also helped me choose a better cabin location than I had initially chosen. I did feel as if Katie wanted to personally ensure that I had booked the perfect package for us. I would have no hesitation in enthusiastically recommending Six Star Cruises and Katie in particular in the future Thanks again Katie”

“I have booked two cruises and both times I have been very happy with the service. I booked our impending cruise through Andy who came up with a quote late on a Sunday evening which was followed up on Monday. I have recently spoken to Estelle Peachey with a couple of queries which she dealt with promptly and received an email from her confirming the actions she had taken. It is nice to know I don't have to do anything and can relax regarding the administration.”

“LAST TIME I BOOKED THROUGH SANDY COLLIER AND THIS TIME STACEY WILLIAMS AND THE SERVICE AND ATTENTION WERE FIRST CLASS BOTH TIMES AND WHEN SPECIFIC CHANGES WERE REQUIRED THEY DEALT WITH THEM WITH NO FUSS.
