With Six Star Cruises I have felt cared for and looked after during the booking process. I have been able to ask for different flights and discuss worries. Prior to cruises I have been able to ask for reassurance and extra information. After the cruise I can share how much I have enjoyed the experience.

Efficient and friendly, checked on my cruise which had been sold out, found a cancellation and held it for me. Kept me i formed throughout.

Staff are excellent and the service provided has been outstanding! As a result of your great service I recommended that my friend Mrs Halldora Hallgrimms'O'neill should contact you and book a cruise on Regent Seven Seas Navigator departing February 2017 as she has done exactly that, I look forward to receiving my John Lewis vouchers. its all about people our 6 star contact was excellent and a good relationship was established, unfortunately on day of booking she went off on 2 week leave and communication was not as good.

Poor after-sales service. My impression was once I paid the money, that was that! Although it was suggested at booking, e-tickets would be sent, they were not. I had to ring to ask. The tickets arrived the day the ship left - surely the despacher should have noticed they might not reach us? Dreadful website of excursion provider - the 10 tours from Rome included 6 airport transfers and the filters did not work. I spent a long time trying to find something which was available - but I had no problem booking with Seabourn. No pre-or post travel phone call (yet!)

After attending your presentation at Cowarth Park on 11th October we made a booking with Oceania and the response from Six Star Cruises was exceptional

Had a problem getting a suite released on Seabourn. Maura did all she could to resolve the issue and it resulted in us being able to book the suite and cruise of our choice. Have used Six Star before and will do again

The attention to detail provided by your staff is excellent. Nothing seems too small for them to attend to , and they are available at all hours to answer a query or help you out. So often in the past , I have been told that a company will get back to me , and that fails to materialise - but not with Six Star Cruises as they call back or email back very quickly . This saves so much anxiety ! Cruises are expensive and you need confidence and reassurance that your details and wishes are being catered for. I have found this always to be the case and so return again and again to book with Six Star .

Excellent prices , very helpfully contact who enabled us to structure the cruise to our exact requirements, and made very helpful suggestions on the ports of call. Couldn't have asked for more.
