“It is not only the quality of the ships it is the service you get from enquiry to getting onboard. Our cruise concierge Maura McKenna makes every effort to make sure we are satisfied with every aspect of our holiday and if Maura is away from her desk Emma helps enormously.”

“Six Star Cruises were recommended by friends, who also told us to deal with Emma Taylor and we were very fortunate in finding her as out first contact. We had sourced a specific Oceania cruise and cannot speak highly enough of Emma's knowledge of Oceania, cruising generally, efficiency and speed with which she handled our enquiry and booking. Very importantly, all was delivered with great charm and the sense that she thoroughly enjoyed her role in bringing the whole thing together. We shall most definitely use Six Star and Emma for future bookings.”

“We spotted a late booking with Scenic to cruise from Basel to Amsterdam at an excellent discount. We arranged an extension in Amsterdam all of which was arranged effortlessly . All very professionally handled as we have come to expect from Six Star who are now our go to Agent for booking cruises.”

“6 Star usually refers to service which is exceptional and superior to the previously top-rated 5 star moniker - it usually isn't, and is more a reflection of the company's own pretentiousness. That is not the case with 6 star cruises. We've booked with them 4 times now, each time with a different cruise concierge, and each one has exhibited the same maximum level of attention and service. In fact, they all achieved the rare distinction of making me feel that I had bought a cruise, rather than being sold one. Nothing feels like too much trouble, and tips and suggestions are naturally forthcoming. As a trainer in Sales and Customer Service, I would have been delighted to know that my training had achieved such highly rated results. Well done 6 star cruises, and well done for employing that training company.”
