“I’m always happy when Matthew finds me a great suite on Regent . Have got TWO to look forward to . My only gripe is when I get an email with a tempting incentive (chauffeur to airport this time) and then discover I don’t qualify as I’m already getting a reduced fare ......your advertising is a wee bit naughty though I realise in the small print it explains .”

“Matthew always finds the best deal possible and will price match, but to be honest we like that we are often given the best deal from the onset. We don't really like having to keep checking other peoples prices Apart from one occasion 6 star have always come up with a good deal for us (I'm not afraid to push for a bit more !) We have actually Met Matthew so it makes the whole booking a little more personal.thanks Matt”

“Katie was extremely efficient, polite and helpful. she was actually the reason we booked with Six Star Cruises over other cruise agents. She gave us confidence that she would look after us from now to the start of the cruise.”

“We always ask Emma Taylor to book our holidays. She does an excellent job! We often link the cruises with breaks at our port of origin and again at the port of disembarkation, she always arranges everything for us so it’s easy.”

“Booked a few cruises now with Six Star Cruises, I always used to book direct myself however letting Six Star Cruises be my agent takes time and pressure away from myself. The staff are always very approachable and helpful and do not put you under any pressure.”

“When booking a luxury cruise, this is the company to book with. Been on many cruises before, so thought we would try a smaller luxury one this time, so booked our 1st Seabourn cruise for October. Booked with Andrew, excellent service and a great package. Disappointed the cruise went up £200 over night! But not his fault still got a good deal for the quality of ship. Looking forward to our cruise in October, and booking many more luxury cruises with Six Star Cruises.”

“Everyone I have dealt with since first coming to six star have been professional,friendly and helpful. Nothing too much trouble from flight seats to transfers; transfers have been so good on our recent Oceania cruise. I'm not one to recommend but have recommended six star to friends and fellow cruisers. Many thanks”

“We were given a superb 'Concierge' in Erin, and she looks after us so well that we think of her almost as a daughter. When Erin is away for any reason we get again great service from other concierges. Nothing is ever too much trouble.”

“Pleasant helpful and courteous staff making all aspects of the booking easy to understand and thorough ensuring all details are correct. “We have just booked a Silversea cruise with Katie Smith, a process which began about a week ago. May I say how impressed we are with Katie's professionalism and proficiency; it was a delight to deal with her and she handled us and our queries superbly. This is textbook sales and customer service in action and I loved it! Its not often I praise people but I will give credit when its due and this was well deserved. If our cruise is half as good as we have been treated so far then I will be very happy. Kind regards Tony & Jacqui Gernon”
