“This is the 2nd cruise I’ve booked with Donna at six star cruises, been on none yet but are looking forward to them so much. Donna worked very hard to achieve what we wanted and to get the price we wanted, it was a pleasure dealing with her and getting very good service. We booked our 2nd cruise with six star due to the excellent service from Donna.”

“We have always been delighted with Six Stars service for our cruising, but in troubled times such as these, the real measure of excellence comes with how the agent deals with issues. We experienced first class customer service with six star cruises. Agent Paul has called us almost every day to update us. We know it’s an almost impossible time within the industry so every credit to Six Star Cruises who have not let their professionalism drop one little bit. Thankyou”

“This booking was for a cruise in 2023 yet despite being over two years away the cruise concierge Donna Worsnip was brilliant!!. All current promotions were explained and maximised where possible, the suite was held pending our final questions which were handled quickly and efficiently. Aspects of the cruise we were unable to book being so far out were detailed and laid out with a schedule we can track and organise.This booking process was first class and a great start to what I`m sure will be a memorable cruise. Once again a BIG THANKYOU to Donna and the SSC team.”

“We have booked with SSC many times. We are more than happy with their customer service. Andrew is a really good cruise concierge because he Listens to what we are asking for and always strives to Achieve it for us. Our cruise was cancelled and he handled Our full refund for us. Would highly recommend.”
