Donna has been immensely helpful -- and patient-- during the weeks of our contact. She was very efficient and quick in producing detailed information re the requested cruise possibilities. Her manner is also warm and interested at the same time as being appropriately professional .

Emma G handled many emails from me regarding our ill fated May 2021 Oceania cruise with not only the patience of a saint but also in a really proactive and professional way, including supplying us with numerous alternatives to replace our cancelled cruise with very specific needs. It is always a pleasure to deal with Emma and she understands our needs and makes sure we have all the info we need. We are now rebooked and it was painless quick and easy. Thanks Sixstar, this can’t be an easy time for your company but I fee in very safe hands.

Great deal for a cruise from Cape Town with Azamara. Our cruise concierge Sheila Fleming sorted it all out with no problems so just can’t wait for next January. This is our second cruise booked by Sheila and price wise couldn’t be bettered by anyone else. Deffo recommend Six Star!! I’ve spoken with other Six Star concierges and they have all been equally helpful.

Dan booked my cruise for me as usual, he was a great help. The whole process is seamless and easy. I had just listened to a webinar with Six Star and Silversea. This just confirmed to me I needed to book this cruise.

I had a very good and professional service from Maura. She didn’t rush me at all when I have been very unsure in what I should do. Bring clinically vulnerable it has been very difficult to decide. She has been wonderful and so easy to deal with. When I am able to cruise again I will certainly be in touch. Thank you Maura.😀😀. Mary

In the past we always worked with the same cruise concierge, who knew our preferences, and was always able to do something a bit extra for us. She was always available for a chat to clear up any problems. Now I cannot contact her and just get passed to your sales team who quite frankly are not terribly helpful. I wanted to change our Cunard cruise from July 2021 to a sailing in June 2022 and was told another team would contact me to do this. I emailed my request, phoned twice more and was eventually able to make the switch. This level of service is not acceptable when you are spending 15K on a cruise. Maybe you have become too big now for any kind of personal service ! I would welcome a response. Stephen Jerome

Despite a very complex set of bookings which needed adjusting due to COVID cancellations, Stacey was, as always, super efficient and friendly and sorted everything out for us. The excellent Six Star Service we have come to expect - and now looking forward to three cruises in 2022!

I have travelled on a number of occasions with Six Star and am especially grateful to Estelle Peachey who saved us from a awkward problem at Lima airport at 1.00am after an eleven hour flight. She responded to our call immediately, organised a taxi (at no cost to us) and ensured we were safely deposited at our pre-cruise hotel. Obviously I used her on subsequent occasions and found her immediate in her responses and able to provide me with advice and good deals with our chosen cruise line Regent. She has been excellent in all my contacts with her.
