Laura Wing who provided me with information regarding an enquiry I’d made was exceptionally professional, clear and informative. I felt that she listened and she was prepared to answer my many questions. The level of customer service and care that I have experienced to date from Laura and her colleague Claire Taylor has been exceptional. I have appreciated their speedy responses too.

Very helpful Hannah who kept a lookout for deals and finalised our booking . Sheila also helped out for a short time.never been on a luxury cruise but have been on many others mostly booked with 118 and found a very helpful Andrea and others. Six star and 118 are averyhelpful crew and I will continue to you them .

Before I had booked with Emma Taylor and she was excellent, I have booked this voyage via Concierge Stacey Williams and she too was excellent, even better. Polite, Efficient, Sociable, Knowledgeable, very good advice. Altogether a delightful experience, as I have come to expect from Six Star Cruises / River Voyages Cruise Concierge

Thank you to Sheila Fleming for sorting out and booking our Cruise with Oceania. It was complicated and worrying time for us as we had issues with Oceania, but Sheila reassured us that all would be sorted out and taken care of. Thank you Sheila and we will be booking with you again.

Although our friends have used Six Star on a number of occasions, this is our first time booing through them. At every point, Lisa and Andrew have listen to our requests, matched our requirements and exceeded our expectations. Of particular note was Lisa who picked up our case a short notice; her customer service and her attention to detail were excellent. When it comes to booking this type of cruise, we hope this will be the beginning of a 'beautiful relationship'.

I was a bit glum to find that Michelle, who I had built up a very nice relationship with, would no longer be my cruise concierge, I needn’t have worried though, Scott has really impressed me with his dedication to organising things for me. This became very apparent over these last two weeks when Silversea cancelled our Antarctic cruise, it was difficult to get in touch as your phone lines were very, very busy, but once I made contact with Scott, he sorted everything out and gave Silversea a nudge when they were dilly dallying over sending emails. I am very happy with the service I have received from Scott and look forward to many happy cruise bookings through him.

In particular, Lisa Mallon gave exceptional customer service. In these times where everyone is so busy and it’s very frustrating to get through by phone, we could rely on Lisa to call back when she said and answer our email queries promptly. She also went out of her way to resolve some tricky issues for us, really good old fashioned proper customer service, the likes of which is rare in many companies these days. I would happily let Lisa manage my bookings in future with confidence of her exceptional knowledge and customer awareness, a joy to book with.

Once again first class service from Sixstar. Will definitely use them for our next cruise and have no hesitation in recommending them to family and friends. Sandie was outstanding and went that extra yard to ensure all needs were met.

Trouble with refund from cancelled June cruise but now used money to pay for May 2021 cruise. Andrew Whittle was a brilliant help and talked us through everything we needed to know.

It took me 4 calls to get somebody to react positively for me to transfer from one cruise to an alternative. When I eventually got to somebody who was prepared to action my request they were very competent and professional as I would always expect. She was able to action it where as the other consultants were trying to pass the book onto the admin team without at least quoting the cruise we have changed to. I must say that service from your consultants has declined in the past 12 months. I do not believe you can blame that on Covid.

Had we not booked through Six Star/118 cruises before, and would therefore not have £1500 deposited with you, we probably would not have booked again. My wife spent over six hours across three days attempting to speak to someone about rebooking our cancelled cruise. She used several phone numbers - the message on the number on your website stated that you were closed when you were not! I appreciate that your staff are working from home which presents difficulties, but when one has spent hours, literally, to get through, to be told finally that a certain person would ring back and they don't, one is back to the beginning, dialling, waiting and frustrated. We finally managed to speak to someone and made arrangements and thought that we had made a firm booking, but were contacted later in the day by another member of staff who seemed to know nothing of the booking. The next day my wife tried to get in touch with the original member of staff who we thought had booked the cruise, but again, had to wait a long time to be answered and even then, the specific person was not available. We were then in the situation of two people contacting us, but again, it seems that our information had not been logged correctly. By Thursday (July 29) we believed that the booking was finally made with Seabourne Cruises BUT WE ARE STILL WAITING FOR A FINAL CONFIRMATION EMAIL To be fair, this was not representative of the service and communication that we have received from your company in the past, so we are looking on it as a complete breakdown in communication both to us and between members of your staff; had we been new clients, I suspect that we would not have had the patience to pursue. A final point; the recorded message on your phoneline(s) states that you are the world's largest cruise provider. If this is true, you need to have more people answering phones and, at the very least, some indication of where one is in the queue to be answered. I have not answered the question on recommending or not Six Star Cruises, because on previous experience I would have given 8 or 9, but on my present experience, only 3.
