“From day one after agreeing our travelling and booking arrangements everything was carried out by S S Cruises. All went exactly to plan and that's why we've booked again with them.”

“Six Star Cruises are also competitive with their prices. It's nice you have your personal concierge from the time of booking right through to end of vacation. We generally deal with Maura who is always very friendly and efficient.”

“I asked for a complicated itinerary to be put together and Emma was so knowledgeable and efficient that it was put together in a few minutes. The price was good too. I also received the confirmation the same day. Excellent service as always. Also Andy called me today to remind me I can book my meals from September 19th for my Silversea cruise and he could also book them for me. Again excellent service.”

“Staff were helpful and knowledgible and dealt with price change quickly in the circumstances of RSC Miami not being contactable. Package to allow direct flights and hotel stay night before cruise much appreciated as we do not enjoy changing airports adding hours to a 3 hour flight. Thank you Price very good but still do not understand why our RSSC cruise credits and past passenger discounts results in the discount offered by Six Star being reduced from that offered to people booking RSSC for the first time . Advised that the RSSC credit and discount reduced your commission and therefore the discount offered to us had to be reduced accordingly but surely the cost of the RSSC credit and discount should be borne by RSSC”

“We recently booked a Regent cruise for 2018 whilst on Seven Seas Explorer. We telephoned Emma Taylor from the ship, in St Petersburg, on a Sunday afternoon, and she was most helpful in clarifying important points, before we went ahead and made the booking. Many thanks.”

“Very personal service with competitive prices. We have used them many times and can honestly say they really take care of you. Maura, our cruise concierge, is always extremely helpful and reverts with answers to any questions in a very timely manner. I can honestly say that I highly recommend booking with them.”
