“As you would expect from being a regular customer the process speeds up and our needs and wants were met in less that 20 minutes and a follow up call to confirm our slightly complex air travel booking and everything was complete in 30 minutes! Fantastic service from Dan - what a professional service and providing a holiday that was in excess of what we expected. Our last three cruises all handled superbly. SixStar do what their name suggests - highest possible service in a professional but very personal manner!”

“Katy Porter has been Fantastic , sorting out 4 cruises and about to sort out a fifth, I have found that she is always on the ball and ready to help with any enquiry, would not think of going elsewhere. Keep up the good work and consider providing your own luggage labels it would be a good advert. A very satisfied customer”

“All seemed good when booking but the lack of attention to detail caused problems during the trip. Very little info was provided with the tickets which arrived too late anyway. There were mistakes in transfers and it appeared that the agents put their preferred partner interests before the customers. The customer service when we raised a problem was very poor and we had to sort things out ourselves. This was an expensive package but definitely not 6 star service”

“Dear Six Star Cruises I wanted to thank Andrew for all his assistance in helping us with our last-minute booking for the Azamara cruise from Rome to Venice in August. His attention to detail during a very long telephone conversation was very impressive and his knowledge of the cruise line equally so. Given the lateness of the booking, our passport details were needed at that stage and he did not leave that task to us to deal with, as some other cruise agents might have done. So thanks again”

“I have dealt with Six Star on numerous occasions and they have two star performers in particular: Stacey Williams and Laura Wingfield. Don’t hesitate to use the company especially these two concierges.”

“We have been dealing with Richard for nearly five years after initially listening to his good advice about cruise lines. He has always been first class but has recently become quite outstanding. He has dealt with a very complicated and detailed itinerary to South America this November, with a cruise at the centre, but also with twelve days on land in two different countries with complex flight arrangements. He has produced an imaginative plan, dealt with our questions and insecurities with good humour, patience and speedy efficiency. Quite excellent.”
