“Booked a river cruise holiday today with Stacey Williams. I found Stacey to be very good, she was well informed about the cruise and very helpful and patient whilst I decided which cruise to book, also phoned me back several times. I would recommend anybody to book a holiday with her.”

“Dealt with four different staff over the last month and all were exceptionally helpful. Tailoring the holiday to use our local airport, arranging transfers and booking specific hotels to suit us - all saved me work I would normally do myself. If the person I previously spoke to was not available my call was dealt with seamlessly by whoever took the call. All very professional.”

“My wife and I recently booked a cruise holiday via Andrew Freedom. He was helpful, well informed and extremely polite to the customer. The cruise was arranged in no time, just the sort of service that the public yearn for. Andrew was a pleasure to do business with and is a credit to his company. The holiday pricing was as good as it gets.”

“We have now booked two cruises this year through our cruise consultant Andrew Freeman. On each occasion Andrew demonstrated a thorough knowledge of the cruise line, the particular ship and cruise itinerary. This is the first year we have cruised using Six Star Cruises and Andrew has impressed by being the most proficient and professional consultant we have ever dealt with. “Laura at Six Star is an absolute gem, she has just booked two cruises for us recently in such an efficient manner. She is always friendly, pleasant and helpful and over the years she has got to know our personal likes and requirements so she makes the whole procedure so simple. It is great having someone who will take on organising our whole trip from beginning to end with such efficiency.”

“Please forward this email to your management team regarding the service my wife and I have receive from Erin at River Voyages / Six Star Cruises. We have booked cruises 3 cruises through her 1 in July 2018, 1 in September 2019 and 1 in September 2020 and each time here service has been as we said in our email she is simply AMAZING. “Very happy indeed with the service of the staff who have kept us informed and dealt with any queries we had efficiently. The price of the cruise was we thought compatible with other 6 star cruises, even greater still as we booked the cruise when it was on offer at slightly lower price than original one. Would certainly book again in the future with six star cruises.”

“Booked two cruises with Andy this week (we're very fortunate), one was from his 'offers' email which we wouldn't have thought about otherwise. Andy's brilliant, super helpful, knows nearly everything and finds out for certain anything he's not sure about. Very prompt confirmation from Six Star on both occasions. Very happy to recommend.”
