Whilst I have booked my last four cruises with Six star , the real reason has been the brilliant service and help I have received from Donna Worship. She is so professional , patient and nothing is to much trouble to ensure you get exactly the holiday with all the detail you want. Make sure you ask for her. David

Recently booked a Silversea cruise with Six Star Cruises for a knockout deal. Incredibly efficient and prompt service from Emily for whom nothing seemed too much trouble. Full marks - 10/10

This was our second booking with Six Star cruises. This time we spoke with Bridie Horridge who was a pleasure to deal with, extremely helpful and was able to competently and clearly explain everything I needed to know. We also got a fantastic deal with Six Star and wouldn’t hesitate in recommending or using the, again. Thank you Bridie, we are two very happy (and excited) customers

The booking experience is excellent. Andrew answered my (numerous) questions promptly and we worked together to get a package and deal that worked for us. The flexibility and options offered provide a lot of choice and bonuses. The previous cruise we booked with Six Star Cruises sold itself as it was to a place we (I) really wanted to go, and was a fantastic deal. There was a little more work on this one as the time of year is not ideal but the package that Andrew put together negates that. The Concierge Service helps and guides from beginning to end and sets Six Star apart in my opinion.

I would like to thank Matthew Cotton for all his hard work in getting our cruise and hotel booked for February next year. Despite many problems he was given which were unbeknown to us he managed to get everything sorted in the end.

Unbelievable patience and assistance from Andrew Freeman who managed to get us what we know will be a perfect Holiday on the Seabourn Ovation. We had experienced "information overload" from too much research online and had just confused ourselves more...Andrew was able to drill down and locate a perfect trip. Man, many thanks...we will use you again soon!

Rude staff once booked. Lied about flights, wouldn’t check us on or get seats and backchatted despite soending nearly 10k. I just hope the ship is better.

Our last two holidays have been excellent and all the arrangements made by Six Star Cruises have worked perfectly. We have just arranged our third cruise through Emily Whiteside and have nit been disappointed by her willingness to explore the different possibilities and her thoroughness with the booking,

I have booked three cruises with Six Star, and while i am reasonably satisfied I am a little disappointed more recently in some of the response times to requests for information compared to other companies I have used in the past. My time is valuable and I don’t want to spend hours waiting around for callbacks. While I’m not complaining, I just felt your response times are not as outstanding as your mantra would suggest, it was just ok. For example after calling about suite upgrades, I was told my concierge was busy but the consultant would send her a message to call me back. This did not happen so after a couple of hours I called again. Again, I was told my consultant was just coming off the phone and would call me in about ten minutes. After an hour or so waiting, I was about to call the cruise company direct when I noticed the consultant had emailed me rather than calling. This was frustrating as I was expecting a call back rather than email. I also requested information about drinks packages but didn’t think the consultant was particularly knowledgeable about this and actually got more accurate information online from the cruise company! As I mentioned, your service is OK but not outstanding so I’m only providing this feedback to help you address these issues. I do think your concierge staff are very friendly and willing to help. They just need to understand that your competition are always very quick in responding and I think this is important! It’s not always about price.
