“Richard Wishaw is extremely helpful, responsive, knowledgeable and personable. It makes the somewhat complex job of cruise and ancillary arrangements very simple. I would definitely recommend him to new customers. We have just finalised another booking which was a complicated trip. He does go above and beyond in the care taken”

“My contact Mr Mark Saxton was brisk, efficient and courteous in all discussions. He dealt easily with issues raised such as departing from Dublin and not London, staying on in Singapore post cruise to meet up with family and seeking out preferred hotels. Above all, he returned calls promptly so that we were not left 'in limbo'. This was my first involvement with Six Star and given that you never get a second chance to make a first impression, my first impression has been very good.”

“When I telephoned to enquirer about a cruise it is probably by chance that I spoke to Matthew Cotton .This was very fortunate as Matthew was so very helpful & patient ! I felt perfectly confident with all of his suggestions & advice! he gave me. “Our concierge was Emma Gray who arranged our Pearl of the Adriatic Cruise. Emma did everything she could for us to find the right one. Emma booked us on the Azamara with a wonderful cabin etc., and are delighted with the booking. I have made several cruise bookings with Emma in the past and will continue to do so as she is exceptionally good as a concierge.”
