“Spoke with Janet Cain regarding upcoming cruise. She was fabulous - resolved all the issues promptly and went out of her way to make sure everything was in place. Only problem was the 20 minute wait time to answer my call”

“The lady I talked to Laney was fabulous - knew everything and nothing was too much trouble. Sadly it took 20 minutes to get through which is unacceptable”

We are extremely busy throughout January. We are trying our best to keep wait times to a minimum but sadly it hasn't always been possible. “Laura was extremely helpful in taking me through the booking process yesterday tailoring a guided tour in Rome to our requirements rather than the "standard" one that was offered and also booking us into an hotel that we favoured rather than the one normally suggested. She could not have been more helpful and the only slight downside seemed to be the response time of the system that she was using which lengthened the booking process significantly. Nevertheless I was very satisfied and if the arrangements turn out as they should then I shall be delighted.”

“Lyndsey saved our holiday when BA cancelled our flight. A combination of professionalism and persistence resulted in the best possible outcome in the circumstances. She worked with us to look beyond the obvious options and refused to give up. Her actions have gone a long way to restore our jaded opinion of Six Star Cruises and we will be asking for her to handle any further dealings we have with the Company.”

“Friendly and helpful with booking process but missed a saving of around £3,000 from booking 2 legs of cruise separately rather than whole cruise as one. Information given on drinks package was misleading. Not advised that excursions included in the price covered only around one third of the excursions available. Got a good deal for us on return flught.”

“My score would have been Very Good, but my someone incorrectly typed my email address which meant your consultant didn't get back to me the same day. Due to the delay the flight prices went up which cost us over £100 more. This was disappointing. Other than that we were very happy with the service provided.”
