I booked for the first time with Six Star Cruises and the experience has not been a good one. I made my booking with Sandy but when I couldn't reach her the next day when I had a number of questions I spoke to John. He promised to call me the next day but when he didn't I called him and he said he had passed me on to Nikki. She also didn't call me but eventually Sandy called. I got some answers to my questions and I told her that the payment was still pending and this concerned me. She told me not to worry. Eventually the payment disappeared altogether and I called again but nothing was resolved. I had to call Regent myself and they told me that they had been chasing Six Star Cruises for the payment. I called Six Star Cruises again and this time Holly answered. She was very helpful and spoke to Regent and sorted out the payment and all the other problems that I had. It took over a week before I could see our booking on the Regent website. I had to ring Six Star Cruises every day until Holly started to look after our booking, because no one ever rang me back as promised. This week, out of the blue, Sandy rang not knowing that everything had, at last, been sorted out by Holly. I have been on very many cruises and have never experienced anything like this before. It would have been much easier if I had booked directly with Regent, considering I have had to ring them repeatedly to find out what was going on. I tried ringing James Cole several times to see if he could help but whoever answered seemed unwilling to put me through to him. I also called him on his direct line but he has not returned the call. I would really look forward to hearing from you on this matter. Jacqui Phillips

We were assisted by Miss/Mrs Emma Taylor who was polite,cheerful,and very professional in her task with booking our Regent Cruise. She rang us back when she said she would on 2 occasions and answered any queries we had with speed and accuracy. Her product knowledge of regent cruises is second to none and she is a credit to Six star cruises. Having booked 3 previous Regent cruises with Iglu 2,liverpool cruise club 1, I can honestly say that six star cruises has been the easiest and the most professional we have dealt with Please thank Emma for all of the help and information she has given us, and we are looking forward to our South Pacific cruise very much with thanks Mr C Clarke

Compared to other cruises I have booked either with an agent or direct I can only say I was not impressed with my adviser. I asked her for information regarding my past traveller number but when I paid the final payment it had not been added and the person who took my payment rang Oceania to get it and add it. Also i verbally and by email asked for the port addresses to book my private transfer, this was not done and I rang oceania myself and had the information straight away.

The Cruise Concierge,Emma,was First Class in every way. She handled all queries very well and was able to offer the very best deal and It was her overall efficiency and friendly manner that secured the booking from a rival company.

This is my second booking with six star cruises and I found on both occasions Ryan and Erin are efficient, friendly and very pleasant to deal with, I would have no hesitation to recommend to others.

Personal consultant Emma was as good as one could ever hope. Felt that she was more interested in helping me than in pressure selling as some companies do Very friendly and helpful and answered all my stupid questions with ease and confidence. Felt she would be happy to help at any time

Firstly I appreciated the concierge aspect. Our only other cruise booking was with an agent who took the order and then I never heard from them again. Having an ongoing contact to help keep things on track is comforting. In this case we also changed our mind over the cruise to book a couple of times and the agent Donna never appeared irritated or frustrated and was always friendly and informative. Every question (and there were many as we are new cruisers) was answered and I didn't feel under pressure to make a booking. Having said that because of Donna's patience, knowledge & manner I personally felt I wanted to give her an order which is the highest compliment I can give to any company.

Emma Taylor really looked after me. She was friendly and helpful, listened to my requirements, and offered loads of advice and tips. I felt she really cared about my special holiday and I would happily recommend her to my friends.
