“I telephoned for advise on an In sink disposal I had never owned one before. The customer service rep was polite knowledgable patient not at all pushy he answered all my questions concerning technical, practical , aesthetic and delivery of the product helped me decide on a model took my order and payment. Delivery was straightforward email confirmation and tracking. 5 star service Well Done”

“I thought the customer service was very good. One thing though, and I know the buck stops with us, but a thought for the next person in the same position. We chose a sink, but were told it was out of stock. The person on the phone was very nice about this, and said "what about the one further down the page", and I saw that picture, liked it, forwarded it to my housemate who liked it. Order made. However what she should have said, just for the ultimate customer experience, was "what about the one further down the page, but I must point out it's about 4 or 5cm narrower than the one you were looking at". We were very disappointed how narrow it was when it arrived and it was all too late. I know it's our fault, but we thought we were having one suggested like-for-like. Thank you though. Delivery service was very good.”

“Called the telephone helpline for technical help and got exactly what i needed - someone with excellent product knowledge who knew his stuff. After having a very expensive filter system in my kitchen for many years I needed a replacement water filter tap that had better/cheaper filters and three handles. The Bluci tripuro tap was bought and installed. Looks great, feels great and overall a great experience that i would and have recommended. (Free delivery was also a bonus). Thanks again.”
