“Product was fine but delivery was really bad. First the courier turned up with the wrong package then when they returned they got stuck before a low railway bridge so I had to drive to the truck to pick up the sink!”

“Not having used sinks and taps before with an idea of our requirments from initial telephone call, advice & important cost breakdown coupled with reuired accesories ensure us having the right equipment. Explanation as to delivery method packing and delivery times were easily and expertly given. Enquires during delivery period handled well and reasuance given for exact delivery tie and date. Parts arrived within the parameters agreed, delivery pallet offloaded, checked with assistance from pallet delivery driver. Goods inspected checked signed for. The product arrived in perfect condition with all the correct acessories. Eanbling continued on going of the work. This was a costly expence, the whole buying experience from enquiry to delivery was first class well done the team at sinks and taps.”

“I bought an accessory set for a sink and one of the items was damaged. I got in touch with the company and a replacement was sent almost immediately. I would certainly use this company again.”

“Thank you for the email. I have had the taps fitted and they look wonderful. Unfortunately the cold water tap does not cut off as quickly as the hot tap. When switched off it continues to dribble and drip for a few seconds. I have called back the plumber to look at it but the problem sems to within the tap itself and not with the fitting. Can you help? Many thanks Brenda Gough b.gough50@btinternet.com”

“Price paid for tap received was not the price shown on your website, when I called your sale team to reclaim a refund I was told unlucky. I had agreed to pay the quoted price over the telephone and as such I had no complaint, However it was my wife who saw the tap on your site and asked me to place the order,I had no idea of the website price. Your staff were no help whatsoever and I will not use or recommend you in the future.Poor service.”

“Simply fantastic. Purchased a sink with a free Bluci tap. I wasn't sure when purchasing over the phone whether the tap would be any good as it was free. However, when the goods arrived (in just 2 days) not only was the sink excellent quality but also the tap was too. A brilliant service on the telephone and delivery was fast and went without any problems. We will be back in the future.”

“I did a feedback for Tile and Bath Bridgend by mistake so I realised and no doing it again for sinks and Taps ... The service was good when buying and arranging delivery but the delivery was not good as it did not arrive and I was not notified I waited all day . I rang the following day and they apologized and said that the driver should have rang me .. it was delivered the next day but I feel that the product was really good I bought a black ceramic sink and tap at a very good price but its not good when it does not arrive The delivery service is not good at all”
