“Price paid for tap received was not the price shown on your website, when I called your sale team to reclaim a refund I was told unlucky. I had agreed to pay the quoted price over the telephone and as such I had no complaint, However it was my wife who saw the tap on your site and asked me to place the order,I had no idea of the website price. Your staff were no help whatsoever and I will not use or recommend you in the future.Poor service.”

“Viewed sink and tap on line and had a couple of queries so phoned and got helpful answers so placed an order. Everything arrived on time and good order. Really pleased with the quality, so looking forward to years of washing at a good looking sink!.”

“Simply fantastic. Purchased a sink with a free Bluci tap. I wasn't sure when purchasing over the phone whether the tap would be any good as it was free. However, when the goods arrived (in just 2 days) not only was the sink excellent quality but also the tap was too. A brilliant service on the telephone and delivery was fast and went without any problems. We will be back in the future.”

“I did a feedback for Tile and Bath Bridgend by mistake so I realised and no doing it again for sinks and Taps ... The service was good when buying and arranging delivery but the delivery was not good as it did not arrive and I was not notified I waited all day . I rang the following day and they apologized and said that the driver should have rang me .. it was delivered the next day but I feel that the product was really good I bought a black ceramic sink and tap at a very good price but its not good when it does not arrive The delivery service is not good at all”

“Quick delivery and arrived packaged well. I would buy from this company again. The items we received have turned out to be a bit problematic though as the tap looks lovely, but has huge spash up when on so soaks the floor and surrounding worktops as the water just bounces off the bottom of the sink. Not sure if that's because its a tall tap. We will need to change the tap which is unfortunate.”

“Great service and delivery Customer service very helpful with product information, order status and delivery - it is wonderful to be able to speak directly to a professional / helpful team. Only possible improvement would be to receive E mails from you instead of having to log in (I made mistake on E mail address so unable to get info on order without phoning) and to clearly differentiate between delivery into yourselves and delivery date to me for items not available in your stock. My delivery was delayed, which I assume this was due to your carriers and the pre Xmas rush - although customer service did a great job of chasing it up and keeping me informed of status.”

“I had a great experience shopping with sinks and taps for my kitchen and utility room sinks and taps. When my kitchen sink arrived it was smaller than I expected and customer service were great at exchanging it for a different model with a quick turnaround time . The price was competitive and I would not Hesitate to use them again. Thank you Sarah Bristol”
