“Good product and delivered quickly. It wouldn’t have helped if I had received an email telling me the goods had been despatched. The first I knew of planned delivery was when dpd text me to say they would deliver 1 hour later. Had to reschedule delivery at additional cost to ensure somebody at home to sign for it.”

“Service by internet & phone quick & easy. I needed next day delivery but extra charge was over £27 but via phone was reduced to £8+ rather a difference but still expensive. I have yet to receive product.”

“Arrived on time. The packing in the standard box only just made it. Both taps we have had the boxes were broken by the time they reached us and lucky to be undamaged!”
