“I placed an order after calling through to check if the item would be dispatched the next day if I placed the order, as it says next-day delivery, but this doesn't account for the time it takes for the order to process. I called on Thursday, placed the order Friday and the item was delivered Wednesday. It wasn't worth paying extra to have it the next day with the weekend in the way but still expected faster processing. So allow 2 days before the item is sent plus the day to deliver. I have selected next day for delivery as it was handed to the courier the day before.”

“Having looked at taps in B&Q of the same design, these taps from sinks- taps are of far better quality and finish. very pleased with the price and the saving i have made. Delivered on the day and time agreed, excellent service would use this company again.”

Hi Kirsten Many thanks for leaving a positive review for us. The email confirmation is sent automatically but unfortunately we are not in control of this being delivered by your email provider. Many emails which contain HTML / links can be seem as spam/junk by your provider and either blocked or sent into your junk/spam folder. We have made as many changes as we can to minimise this happening but some providers such as hotmail and outlook are impossible to get a 100% success rate. We appreciate it is an issue and apologies for any inconvenience caused. You can log into your account to get confirmation of your order and download an invoice. “Bought a sink and a tap. Both arrived undamaged on a pallet. There was a big sign that said the driver should wait while I inspected the goods but, in the short time it took to read the sign, the driver and her lorry were gone. I attempted a couple of times to call the number on the big sign but there was never any reply. So, ordering was easy, goods were great, delivery process slightly comical and I'm left with a pallet to dispose of.”

“Brilliant at every stage. We ordered wrong sink so it was changed very quickly. Deliver quick, installation advice great. My only quibble is that the sink wasn’t really possible in. 400mm although it stated it was and some modifications were required to acocmodate the sink clips and fixings.”

“I recommend this company and will continue to use them - excellent advice and speedy delivery of product. Only issues for me were time taken to respond by phone to my query (not same day even though I called mid morning) and DPD leaving my boxed new sink outside my gate and not even bothering to ring the bell - what if I was away on holiday and/or the local thief had been on the prowl !”

“The sink itself is great, good quality and looks the part together with a great price, however the delivery was delayed without any communication, which caused much anxiety (Apparently it was the fault of the courier)”

“I was overall very pleased with the service. The purchase process was very straightforward, the website provided good level of detail and delivery was extremely fast. Pleased with the product but at time of writing waiting to have it installed so not fully tested yet. My only negative point was that I raised a query on the 21 April after I took delivery of the item and never received a response to the question I asked. I include the query I sent below which is self explanatory. "I would like to thank you for the extremely speedy delivery of my order. This is much appreciated. Could I raise one query? On your website it states that items which can be delivered by DPD are carriage free when spending over £50 [which the item was]. When I checked out yesterday I had no option but to go with the pre-selected delivery charge of £26.95 or select a higher cost service. Thus I assumed that this item due to its size and/or weight required delivery by your other service. Given that it was delivered by DPD today, was it an a system or other error that charged me for delivery? If so and it should have been free might I be refunded the delivery charge? Many thanks for giving this your attention."”

“Bought this tap to replace the identical one we had which developed a leak. After fitting, we found that every time you opened the tap, it would spray wide instead of downwards. If you immediately touched the filter, this would be rectified. The plumber came back the next week with the filter he removed from the old tap and fitted it to the new tap. Hey, job done, no more trouble, a steady down flow. We are very pleased with this tap and like it very much”

“I love my new sink. Not so keen on the tap. It splashes all over and I have turned the water pressure down but it hasn't helped. It cost over £100 so I thought it might have been smooth running. Ordering and delivery were very good and I would recommend the company. Only gave 4 stars as I am disappointed with the tap!”
