“I placed an order after calling through to check if the item would be dispatched the next day if I placed the order, as it says next-day delivery, but this doesn't account for the time it takes for the order to process. I called on Thursday, placed the order Friday and the item was delivered Wednesday. It wasn't worth paying extra to have it the next day with the weekend in the way but still expected faster processing. So allow 2 days before the item is sent plus the day to deliver. I have selected next day for delivery as it was handed to the courier the day before.”

“Having looked at taps in B&Q of the same design, these taps from sinks- taps are of far better quality and finish. very pleased with the price and the saving i have made. Delivered on the day and time agreed, excellent service would use this company again.”

Hi Kirsten Many thanks for leaving a positive review for us. The email confirmation is sent automatically but unfortunately we are not in control of this being delivered by your email provider. Many emails which contain HTML / links can be seem as spam/junk by your provider and either blocked or sent into your junk/spam folder. We have made as many changes as we can to minimise this happening but some providers such as hotmail and outlook are impossible to get a 100% success rate. “Bought a sink and a tap. Both arrived undamaged on a pallet. There was a big sign that said the driver should wait while I inspected the goods but, in the short time it took to read the sign, the driver and her lorry were gone. I attempted a couple of times to call the number on the big sign but there was never any reply. So, ordering was easy, goods were great, delivery process slightly comical and I'm left with a pallet to dispose of.”

“Brilliant at every stage. We ordered wrong sink so it was changed very quickly. Deliver quick, installation advice great. My only quibble is that the sink wasn’t really possible in. 400mm although it stated it was and some modifications were required to acocmodate the sink clips and fixings.”

“I recommend this company and will continue to use them - excellent advice and speedy delivery of product. Only issues for me were time taken to respond by phone to my query (not same day even though I called mid morning) and DPD leaving my boxed new sink outside my gate and not even bothering to ring the bell - what if I was away on holiday and/or the local thief had been on the prowl !”
