“Good products and arrived fairly quickly but not great communication as it came as two deliveries which was a worry when the first delivery didn't have everything.”

Hi Greg. Thank you for taking the time to provide a review and thank you for using our website. Your business is very much appreciated and we hope to see you again in the future. Normally we would would send all items together on one delivery. However, in order to meet the delivery date we had promised, we had to send the two items from different depots. We did make sure they arrived on the same day, just in two parcels, rather than one. Appreciate it would have been better for our Customer Service team to have remembered to send you an email.
